I've been smoking for 9 years every single day. The only exception is during a few weeks when I travel to non-weed-friendly areas. I hold three bachelor's degrees (English, Computer Science, Health Science) and one associate degree (Business Administration). I have been the sole earner for my family, and our financial situation is stable. I am physically very fit and active. I am enjoying a joint right now. 😂

I need to say that weed gives the best pleasure in the world. You can't compare that with anything in this world 🙏🏻. Almost for 5yrs I smoked weed that too daily. *After smoking weed we become more self centred, we can enjoy a video on loop for many hours,,,we would feel too much hungry and if we taste sweets then we would just get dissolved in that* such a beautiful feel. I have also tried hash oil, I use to drink alcohol even now and I did sex with girls. *But I need to admit the the pleasure which I got from smoking weed is just Awesome* . From last 3 yrs I stopped completely taking weed ,,,,I moved to different place now after the COVID pandamic,,,here we don't get weed,,,,her only alcohol is available.
      I still miss those wonderful 5yrs ❤️❤️❤️

There's one thing that people often miss. The feeling of detachment from surroundings is so bad that you will never be able to connect with the surrounding in natural way after smoking weed. You may reverse every effect of weed if you quit but you will never be the same you used to be before taking weed. 99.9% of the mental health issues arise due to the detachment from surroundings. If you feel anxious after smoking that means your trying hard to kepp yourself attached to the surroundings

Make Narcotics Anonymous meetings and do the 12 steps with complete honestly and humility.
I was a hopeless case in my own eyes. Been smoking weed heavily for 6 years straight, and doing psychedelics like crazy with the psy lifestyle of raves. I almost went to jail for peddling. I have sold my expensive smartphones for just 2grams of weed.
Basically I was finished. I stopped from every person I came accross, ripping their hearts out. Totally cold, insensitive, and self centred.
      Motivation 0. Social respect 0. Finance 0. Health 0. Self respect 0. Education 0.
      Relationships -100.
Was put into 4 rehabs. Only in the 4th one I got the message of recovery from NA.
I was really hesitant, unwilling and negetive about getting clean. Such toxic dependency, both physical and mental had been developed. Mad mad love for drugs.
And the worst part was, that I felt whatever I was doing was right and all my well-wishers were my enemies. I ran away from home to Goa for a month, got kicked out from a job there for my junkie lifestyle and for stealing a pack of cigarettes from the lady owner of the hotel.
While doing the 12 steps at the rehab, under my counselor, I got to see my standing in life.
It was very painful to accept the past and let go of the guilt shame regret.
Like I even thought of murdering my own family just so I could get the inheritance, and house and cars and shit so I could live a drug centred life. Stealing money and valuables from everyone and anyone who came accross me like a robot.
Even typing this is making me uncomfortable and sick right now.
NA told me about addiction, how it's a disease which affects us in many areas, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial etc etc.
It's really surprising cause a mad raver who'd drop an acid tab or two every week and smoke pot 24*7 , will celebrate 2 years of being clean soon in recovery :)
Basically what we need is a psychic change. Or a change in your perspective towards life.
defn - replacing your old ideas, attitudes, and perspective with a completely new vision and perception.
So yeah if you need anymore help just feel free and tell me.
The na website is www.na.org and you'll get a meeting near you. There are meetings all around the world every single day (in covid zoom meetings have started) where people like us share their experiences, strength, and hope. People just like you and me. Are clean for varying lengths of time. 2 months, 6 months, 1 year, 6 years, and even 30+ years. So yeah....clean living is fun!
Today I've regained my health, trust from family (still building slowly, considering the number of times I've broken it in the past), my relations with everyone is bonding (was completely isolated and frowned upon by all my friends, using friends, relatives and family.)
Today I can sleep and eat well. I can pursue my academics ( I cleared my degree after having 10 backlog exams pending since 6 years). Today I can laugh over my last life and give a little tap on my head for being Mr.Stoner.
It's fine. Whatever I had to face, the misery enabled me to get help and come on this beautiful path of recovery.
I used to cry man with a joint in my hand, not wanting to smoke but still having to because of the physical compulsion and craving.
      Today I'm free.
NA gives us freedom. Freedom to breathe. 😇

I was smoking weed when I stumbled upon the video, and it was randomly recommended to me by the algorithm.
The video was very insightful, and the section on "life with weed" particularly resonated with me. Every single line in that part of the video seemed to describe the challenges I am currently facing. It made me realize that I might be struggling with more than just social anxiety.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could create a video that addresses the ongoing struggle between the desire to quit smoking and the inability to do so. I believe many people are in this stage, and a detailed, informative video with your signature illustrations would be incredibly helpful.

when I am high on weed I feel like I have became intelligent & focused, and I start to think/talk about philosophical stuffs & very important stuffs.
sometimes I write down some points or take voice notes.
but after when I check those notes, I realise that those were just normal stuffs that I talk about or think regularly.
It is just that under the influence of weed my multitasking skills decrease & I can concentrate on only one or two things, and very greatly value & emphasise on them. so I start to give them too much importance & there is also the feel good effect.

      please don't promote weed.
HERE IS THE SCIENCE THAT CAN CHANGE THE PERCEPTION OF WEED SMOKERS.
Weed is good for medicinal purposes but medicine turns poisonous if consumed more than enough. It is not about handling weed or not. Rather if the body is resisting it and you can't handle it. Then it is better. Then you won't be addicted to it. But those who are consuming it regularly, they are just destroying their system and mental health. They themselves won't be aware about what they are losing and it will be too late. Please understand the endo cannabinoid system of our body. Do research. The cannibis is just a deception for the endocannabinoid receptor in our body. The THC and CBD compound in cannabis just fits partially(Not fully) into the receptor and improperly stimulates the nerves that cause both good and bad effects in our body. Actually, our body and brain is capable of producing the required compound that fits perfectly to the cannabis receptors and properly stimulates the nerves. It can be achieved with meditation. Yogis have been doing this for ages. This is indirectly portrayed. Shiva, who is being portrayed to consume weed is not actually consuming the weed. He is just consuming the compound produced by his body (Anandamide and 2AG) similar in structure to the cannabinoids(THC and CBD). And the high given by these endocannabinoids is of best quality and it enhances your perception and consciousness to high level and have no side effects.
IT MEANS THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE THE WEED INSIDE YOUR SYSTEM. YOU JUST HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO PRODUCE AND CONSUME IT. Now seek the way.
I am speaking this from experience of both the external weed and the internal weed. 😇😇. May you experience the real bliss. Jai Shambho.

Being smoking weed on and off for 10 years I can say that weed acts as mind calmer and inhibits something that makes me look inside of me and little meditation and time alone after that makes you to rethink and reprocess yourself. But I agree fully to Mam words about its harmful health effects and if you can’t quit it don’t add it in routine ❤

Let me tell you my story, I started smoking weed in 2019 when I was 26 years old. I'm a Software professional. Before 2019, I was struggling with anger, irritation, and personality development issues. After 2019, Weed really helped me to feel better, my mindset changed, I started acting calmly and became so cool. When I'm high, I start reading books, meditation, having quality discussions with highly intellectual people, listening to music, and want to spend my time amongst trees and greenery ( nothing is more soothing than Nature itself ). My mind started feeling a lot better than before. I never felt a single bad trip. I always enjoy my weed session. Yes, I want to spend time with very closed ones. I don't want to make contacts and appear in mass gatherings. Yes, it's true that my body became so tolerant that I ate edibles and shrooms in Amsterdam, But I didn't feel anything. Thank you

Can’t believe! This is true .. I’ve been using weed from last 3 years regularly nd this just hit me hard.
I am lucky that I am still connected to my best friends from school, college nd locality but I think it is only because I was extremely social since my childhood but since 2020, I now feel that I can’t connect with my personality that I have before 2020. I still have friends all around me but if I’ll be honest, many times I try to avoid talking to them when I’m high, also I always feel like my life is running on Auto pilot when I look back some years.

Need to grow together to keep the same friends. really often when you start using psychedelic you cant fit with your old friends anymore because they are not growing the sameway and more you will grow your awereness more you will get far from people that don't. 😢 so you need to find people that do the same work on themself. than you can have real fun with them while you see others as kids that are still fighting to show their ego... we are eternal kids. Today people talk about things they didnt even experience and because they have a certification everybody drink their bullshit like if it was a chai 😅
Learn to love yourself and to do things really for you and not for showing you, than you will be able to really feel what a molecule is doing to you and if a bit more will be nice or not for YOU. Need to go out of your mind yo be able to use your head...

Autopilot helped me a lot through exams. I have passed all semesters since I started. I don't feel the derealisation the doctor was talking about in the context of the outside world, instead I realise and accept all that's going on, I see my friends playing cricket outside kids enjoying their life, me enjoying mine, I take care of my health, I eat good mostly fruits instead of snacks.

The most hidden information I was looking for last 7 months .
My story is like first 2 years almost daily smoking weed ,i feel good enjoyable etc etc. One day ,i smoked and came home , i was feeling like i will die , my heart beat increases , very high anxiety , fear of death , immediate went to hospital , no doctor was about to understand what happened 😭😭 for hours i was feeling like i will be no more in this world . Doctor gave me sleeping pills . From that day onwards i promised i will never touch weed . And now 7 months passed without weed , if i see back to my life , i see , i was living in dreams . Now my focus , mental health , increases .. i never got the right information about the negative effect of weed since last 7 months . I was thinking that due to visceral fat , my heart and brain dont work.
I REALLY THANK YOU MAAM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPLANATION ❤❤

My advice, as a smoker for 20 years everyday, still it does not affevt my day to day life..
If u want to quit, u cannot quit in 1 day.
First, delete the phone number of ur pedler. Next never go to buy weed..
Next, if u have a personal space at home, make it open to everyone...
Nexte involved in youtube, find a topic u like and just go thru every video .. just to kill time..if u survive for 7 days, without smoking, ull get thru it...eveeyday.. u just say to urself, i hate the smell of smoke.. nd revollect the time how u feel when u hav fever and u smoke..

What do you think about people saying "weed is not for everyone, weed chooses you" and so on? Is this idea a distorted reality of the smoker?
As an addict I believe it might be. I'm open for discussion but I think how often and how you consume cannabinoids is what matters, instead of this "weed chooses you" bs. No one is "blessed to be chosen by weed" and is free of any negative effects of prolonged consistant use.

Make him understand how important he is to the family's, and always keep a magazine with articles written about the bad aspects of weed on the drawing room table, so that he gets a subliminal message that how much weed is bad for him. I have few of friends who started smoking weed since teen life , and now I observed that they tend to forgot things easily , react slowly in some situations also whenever i talk about past events , few are completely vanished , I really surprised but this is real fact that weed effects our cognitive abilities !! And now I am telling then to not smoke and at the same time mindful about their act !!

I smoke and would say, had a blast ( Total fun and enjoyment) while doing so, and would like to mention that it depends from person to person. I have a proper work/life balance while doing so, social circle is still maintained, and faced no implications while doing so until it got outa hand. Moderation is the key when it suits you well. I would like to encourage youth to lift weights and exercise, have non sidefectory supliments like creatine, aswagandha, Turmeric milk with black pepper, healthy vegan diet. Also have a detoxing period of 2 weeks every 2-3 months or so, and I can guarantee a better and longer life than a normal person. All these symptoms would not even touch u. Adding on would like to give my own example for reference: IQ:130- 135, working professional at a young age of 21, Badass phisique + great social and personal life, and looking forward to keep thriving.

I am very punctual , weed magnifies your personality mostly wrong information , exceptions are expressed as general problem - stethoscope around her neck is the proof . one who does yoga and meditation - weed can make you king , I have become successful because ofd weed - I had Gary hair from my 6th class and now it's gone , I had piles and so many health problem and now all is gone because of weed. weed has changed my life from loser to winner . its all about what you do after smoking weed ? stupid doctor report her video - may be she is foot soldier of pharma and alcohol lobby

I too have suffered many negative effects. At the beginning, I started smoking at the age of 18, i smoke until i was 21. In the first 1.2 years, I enjoyed smoking and enjoyed . I smoking it almost daily. After a while I felt very dark, I think I fell victim to depression and quit everything and started fresh. It's been 3 years since I quit, but it's still affecting me somewhere.😢😢 Please please please smoke the weed but don't let the weed smoke you..

What about now. How you feel after quiting weed.

    • @Dreadful_Journeys
      @Dreadful_Journeys ปีที่แล้ว +3

The normal life is way better than weed life . After quitting ,mentally You can sense your memory is improving , you wont be anxious , you wont overthink , if you are facing chronic depression you will see it will improve after quitting , you wont be lazy all the time ,
And physically youre lungs will start to heal the day you quit , as a weed user i observed many smokers have fibrosis in lungs they feel hard to breathe when they smoke in excessive amount daily, it all will be gone , you're tastebuds get improved , your appetite will increase , the most important thing is you can be social without any paranoia and anxiety. These kind of organic substance also contains chemicals which disturb the brain function mental health is as important as physical health. These are all my opinions

Look, I've been a weed user and a grower for the past 5 years, no harm yet, the main thing is that it's organic and has no harmful chemicals in it, makes a sad man happy and a plant is better than alcohol, that's what my perception is.

I had a query, so last year I was in India and never smoked weed, however, last year in august I came to USA and tried weed for the first time only 2 puffs and I gave me a really bad trip I felt anxiety and paranoia, later some days I had few more puffs and it seemed fun, I didn't smoke regularly but nowadays I have quit smoking joints and only doing around 5-7 bong shots a day. Could you please tell me if I quit smoking today in how much time can I feel a change in my life.
