More power is great but I am on the side that would prefer to keep a 600cc class and 800 cc class snowmobile without exceeding. It drives R&D and is not as simple as just increasing bore. Don’t get me wrong it would be awesome to see a return of the Mach Z but keep an 800 and a 600. Thank you for another great video.
Finally! Someone said it! A 650 would be awesome for polaris. In the new xc, I would hand over my money in a heartbeat! Don't forget the 4 year warranty.....
Hey guys! Great video! I love the fact that you guys are doing the season shakedown impression on sleds. My question is... how does this sled compare to its competitors in its class? Would you buy a rush600, or this? Reliability, ergos, comfort, and dealer network... thanks for all you guys do!!!
Spot on with adjustable carbide comments. Ditch them. Cool idea, but its really a circus sideshow at the end of the day. And the dials freeze up and break in extreme conditions.
600 is just fine, 800’s are like paint shakers. I haven’t ridden a new 850 so I can’t comment on them but I like the smoothness and revyness of a 600. I don’t see the need for a 650. It’ll just vibrate more and not offer much in return. Might as well just bring back the 700s.
Great reviews that what I need continue good work and other reviews at 5000km . How about a mileage review on the Yamaha 2020 600or 650 can’t decide wish is the one for me, keep up the good work.🇨🇦💪👍😎
X package used to come with premium shocks up front. Not anymore. If you don’t buy a xrs you don’t get adjustable shocks. I went to Polaris for that reason alone. Then saved 1500 bucks to boot. 👍
I have the 19' 600 XRS and loved it. On the first tank of fuel I went 190 Kms before the fuel light came on. At about 198 Kms I stopped and dumped my Linq can into the sled so that I didn't completely run out. As far as oil... it wasn't bad at all. I can't remember exactly but it used about a liter for 400 Kms.
Mike x because they are 600’s not the 800 class. Also from having over 4000 miles on a 600r I can tell you there is no slack in the torque department from that to my 850
.. Polaris’s XC 850 is lighters, clearly waaay faster, ride command, Pro-CC rear and the industry leading axis chassis, smoother, and better looking. I don’t understand why you would by this over an XC 850
Your opinion matches most people in the industry. That's why Polaris outsold Ski Doo in 2 strokes for the first time in 2019. I am sure the trend will grow by an even wider margin for 2020, esp with droves of Cat owners forced to purchase a Doo or Polaris only if they want to upgrade during the season.
Because it’s more reliable, better looking, better ride quality, better gas mileage and oil mileage, cleaner, cheaper on gas and such, better at turning, and just an all around better sled and I’ve ridden both.
All the lame colors? The only colors are gobs of yellow across all the trail sleds. You can barely tell the difference between the X and XRS now. It's embarrassing. Ski Doo actually has a serious LACK of colors problem.
This is what I've needing, just got back from old forge for a week vacation and I'm more than ready for snow now! Good reviews guys
i realize it's kind of off topic but do anyone know of a good place to watch new movies online ?
You absolutely love it but don’t want to hurt the Polaris Sponsorship.
Mike L so true!
Or the brown envelopes
Pittbull so accurate!
Awesome sled I just bought a 2019 blizzard 600r just need snow now
I didn’t know you were from Ontario and I was up riding in Halliburton forest last weekend
You guys should review a 600r summit for this year
more please, long summer waiting for my BCXRS
Would you choose this version of model over others...and if you had choice...would it still be your weapon of a ride...!?!thanks good vids

I have a 2020 mxz x 600r on order but I might be getting the 2019 mxz x 850 instead. Hurry up snow. Man I hate summer.
Let it snow..... Let it snow..... Let it snow!
Bigger is better ... the 850 with the p-drive is a fantastic setup
@@dr.curious5136 I went with the 2020 gade 600r. Best sled I have ever owned. It is so fun on our trails. We don't do anything off trail though.
Finally! Someone said it! A 650 would be awesome for polaris. In the new xc, I would hand over my money in a heartbeat! Don't forget the 4 year warranty.....
Kevin Completely agree. With 2020 being the 65th Anniversary for Polaris. It would have made sense for them to come out with a newer 650 twin.
You need the 4 year warranty, but don't forget your warranty will only cover so many engine rebuilds till you hit the retail price of the sled.
@@pv8726Polaris would find some way to whisel out of the warranty work all together
Hey as that the ice ripper 1.25 inch lug ??
Yep the TS adjustable skis are junk I took mine off and put pilot 5.7 The difference was amazing
Ha! Did you know bout the Polaris 650 when you made this video?

My sled kinda darts side to side when your going hard but for my case it’s due to the aggressive ass C&A XT’s that I’m running on trail/track
I have never seen the runners get discolored by the exhaust, i am a skidoo guy and neither the 850 e-tec or my 800 ptek do that, must be oil maybe?
Good point. I haven't noticed that either
Yeah they run them different at snowtrax or something because my sleds don’t do that either
Spot on with adjustable carbide comments. Ditch them. Cool idea, but its really a circus sideshow at the end of the day. And the dials freeze up and break in extreme conditions.
So with the 650 Polaris getting a 10% bump in HP that should put it in the same range as the 600Doo give it take 2 or 3 hp

Is that the 129 inch track??
cant wait to ride one of these, or more so, a Renegade XRS
I'm a ski Doo fan, but let's be honest 2,800 KM is nothing for mileage...
Let me know when it has 6,000 MILES on it...

Woulda been neat if they made it a 670

But lost build quality, fit and finish, reliability, gas mileage, and overall fun factor
Fuel & oil economy?

Todd Kuli Km or just m? Personally I only a 19 x 600 and run 20-23 mpg and about 700-900 miles on oil
What year to keep away from if id be buying
ChristianX Z owner none they are all great sleds
🤔hmmmmm....It’s an amazing paint layout!!!! Anyone else notice that when it’s going down the trail it’s all black???? Must be the Pearl coat huh????
Read the title and thought it was the race sled at first.
Excellent review. As for Cat..they may not be here next year. The sled appears to be of good quality. Hats off to Ski-Doo for another great sled.
May not be here? Their 2021 sleds are going to surprise everyone. Get ready!
@@bedlambikes we shall see.
God the xrs is an amazing looking sled
I think instead of them doing a 650 they should make a 670 as a throwback
How do u have snow in August or am a tard like actually
Don't think too hard....
I really wanted a 650 135hp sled. I was disappointed when they came out with another 600 with just a bit more top end. 600s lack torque.
Mike x because they are 600’s not the 800 class. Also from having over 4000 miles on a 600r I can tell you there is no slack in the torque department from that to my 850
Should bring back a 670cc
why would they make a 650 when all the racing is 600cc or less
What is a starter motor lol
What the battery uses to start the engine. Many cars have them as well.
This is a cross country race sled 600cc class. If a 650 motor then you couldn't race it.
.. Polaris’s XC 850 is lighters, clearly waaay faster, ride command, Pro-CC rear and the industry leading axis

bedlambikes That’s incorrect doo still is leading in market share and sales

Eh
Eh
They should fire everyone who choose all the lame colors!

Keeps sounding like an android
