Rai is honestly one of my favourite JoBros next to Gyro and Bruno. He doesn't have much screen time like other JoBros but he is definitly a unique, interesting and bizarre character. Like how the hell did Araki write this character ? An orphan plant appraiser lives in a ski lift ? Like what the fuck. I swear bro Rai was like Araki's peak creativness.
Araki also says Rai fits a role similar to Rohan´s, as he is the authour´s surrogate in this universe. He is literally living Araki´s dream life, and has a personality very close to his. Personally he is top 3 in my fav Jobros and Im sure Araki has a special place for him in his heart aswell
