This house is almost perfect for somebody in a wheelchair like me. Even the steps in the back to the garden can easily be modified to accommodate wheelchair access.
Those views! I remember seeing this a while back and liking it very much. It surprises me that it is still for sale. As you say, it's move in ready, cosmetic changes are all the house needs. The front garden is perfect for beautiful flowers and the back garden is ideal for chickens and a veggie patch. I would consider myself lucky to have a place like this when I'm ready to retire.

I would convert the 30 sqm bedroom to a kitchen and living area, and the current kitchen would be a guest bedroom.

I love this house. I have a few questions what are the taxes on the house for the year? What year was this house built is the wiring and plumbing up-to-date? I have concerns of the front entrance about water coming down that big driveway straight into the house ? Also is there an entrance or another driveway on the other side of the house? Is the cantina below the house in the back of the house? The garden in the back does it end where the fig tree is? How many homes are all around this house? Would you know what bills cost for running this house? Is the house all electric? This house is just perfect for me. How far is the is the hospital in minutes? How far is the closest town in minutes?
Hi Barbara, there is one town 10 min away, another one 12min away and Termoli 20min away.

Great house, very clean and lots of light. I like that there aren't stairs. For me, however, the view isn't as nice to be outside of town. I would like to have neighbors closer, like in town, to spend time together. But, for someone it would be very nice.
