You explain New thought the best I have ever heard and you most certainly speak from your heart. What a value to your Church when I come to Hawaii I will come visit. Blessings

Creative centers. Now THAT was an ah ha moment for me. Would the I could just download this into myself. I have suffered great from anxiety depression and most of all fear my whole life. I have just came upon this. Completely.
OUTSTANDING VIDEO!!! Thank you for saying the truth that I search for. I'd join your church this minute if you were located in Ohio. PLEASE give us more teachings!! THANK YOU!!!
You should explain to the many Christian's out there who are confusing New Thought Christianity with New Age what the difference is. I'm getting exhausted trying to explain the difference to people. They're two totally different things.
There really is no difference. "New Thought espouses a monistic, pantheistic God" Everything is god and everyone is god. Your thoughts create your reality. "New Thought proponents reinterpret the teachings of Jesus to fit their own metaphysical theology." Please read the Counterfeit Christ of the New Age by Ron Rhodes
Me too! It took a lousy church and an abusive Christian husband to make me rethink my beliefs. What was being taught from the pulpit just wasn't workable, but it did make me more judgmental, defensive, and condemning of other and myself. I'm now a Christian mystic as well.
John 14.6 Jesus said " I am the way, the truth, and the life, nobody comes to the Father but by me. John 1.1. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God. He is co equal and co eternal uncreated son of God. We are not little gods, we are his children by adoption ,if we are truly born again.
I am genuinely seeking, not criticizing...but I have questions. If God is everything and everything is God, isn't this a kind of pantheism? If God is not a person or transcendent being who exists apart from creation, then did we (as part of the divine life force) create ourselves? Is this even logically possible?
These are great questions! In New Thought, the concept of God is often described as an all-pervasive, infinite intelligence, energy, or consciousness that permeates everything in the universe, including us. Some might describe this as pantheistic, although there are important differences between New Thought and classical pantheism. In terms of creation, the belief is that we are co-creators with God in the sense that our thoughts and beliefs play a role in shaping our reality. This is not the same as saying we created ourselves, but rather that we have the power to shape our experience of life. It's also worth noting that New Thought emphasizes individual spiritual experience and interpretation, so there may be some variation in how different individuals or groups understand and explain these concepts. I hope this helps to clarify some aspects of New Thought philosophy. Let me know if you have any further questions!
When did Jesus say in the Bible that "It is as you believe?" I think that you are referring more to the "Law of Attraction" written by a spirit called "Abraham" as channeled by Ester Hicks.
The exact phrase "It is as you believe" is not directly attributed to Jesus in the Bible. However, there are several instances where Jesus emphasizes the importance of faith and belief. Here are a few examples: Matthew 9:29 (NIV): "Then he touched their eyes and said, 'According to your faith let it be done to you.'" Matthew 21:22 (NIV): "If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." Mark 9:23 (NIV): "Everything is possible for one who believes." Mark 11:24 (NIV): "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." John 11:40 (NIV): "Then Jesus said, 'Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?'" While the specific phrase may not be present, these verses highlight the significance of faith and belief. They emphasize that our beliefs and faith can have a profound impact on our experiences and the outcomes we receive.
Yes! There is room for everyone here. What may appear simple to one person might be viewed as complex by another, reflecting the diverse ways people engage with and understand spiritual concepts.
I love how you explained New Thought. Thank you.

Actually I just came across this myself and I was wondering tht myself.
Thank you very much.
Can we have a copy of the spiritual prayer you did. Thank you
Hi Catherine, which spiritual prayer are you speaking of?
Funny-mentalist mind-control almost destroyed me for good. The entire time I was in the jesus-cult it never felt right to me. I am a mystic Christian!
Me too! It took a lousy church and an abusive Christian husband to make me rethink my beliefs. What was being taught from the pulpit just wasn't workable, but it did make me more judgmental, defensive, and condemning of other and myself. I'm now a Christian mystic as well.

Thanks for sharing those verses and your perspective on the relationship between Jesus and God.

Its too complicated for my tastes.
It’s actually very simple
