Bizarre Latvian rail safety advert warns children not to play on tracks

A Latvian rail safety advert has re-emerged online in recent weeks.
The stop-motion advertisement shows a group of children placing things like coins on rail tracks as trains approach.
In a dark turn, the train then derails and chases after the group.

Yeah!
Imagine doing the wrong thing and putting a tree branch on the tracks expecting it be crushed, then the train spontaneously derails and angrly chases after you.
You tried to hide by turning left expecting it to not find you, then it turns around as it turns out that the train is toying with you. You run back to your house and into your bedroom to hide.
It follows you up the stairs and eventually bursts through your door.
Finally the drive confronts you with your actions and questions you!
