I decided to write because I find a lot of things in common, for example, I too feel more creative when everything in the house is organized and in "its place". Also, I used to have an organizer back in school... I loved the Weekly Planners from Sanrio because they show the whole week at once, they have no dates so you can start them at any time of the year (filling the days and months yoursef), and the lines were practically invisible so I could write and draw as I pleased. Ohhh and they have cute stickers :) I used to write in pencil because I constanlty had to update things of move them to a different date, but now... fan of technology... I just use the Calendar in my device... I love it because I can copy & paste elsewhere, I can delete (feeling the same hapiness I used to when crossing a fulfilled task), move dates, make brainstorming and then organize, if I have to call somewhere I just have the phone number right there to click on it... I love it! You should try it :)
About the printed out menu so your partner know what's there to eat each day... great idea! Will copy it!

It is a smashing one off product for decluttering your home without the normal expense. I work casually so I really need to keep track of that because I can get called in for work an hour or days in advance, so I need to know what's going on in my life at all times so I can respond accordingly to the work call- long story short, I LIVE with my planner- it is always with me. And I love yours!!
I search forever each year for the perfect planner- my favorites have the tabs for each month so it's easy to navigate- but now I want stickers! Love them and love this video.
You can tell she is unorganized qhen she says she bought a planner because she thought she lost it, and when she gets surprised.for seeing the pen she thought she lost.

Great tips! I was on a kick to use my iPhone and iPad as my planner but there is something about keeping a paper planner. I don't think i could ever totally switch to paperless. I have the same Martha Stewart planner and LOVE IT!

I love your videos , you are amazing ! By the way a great tip to stay organized with your grocery is to put up a note pad or something like that on the fridge and each time you ran out of something just right it down and this way you don't forget :)

I don't need your patronizing cos I do speak 3 languages. I am an immigrant myself and the ability to speak a language that isn't yours isn't the problem but how your personal way to express yourself and she clearly lacks in it. The way she includes and repeats the word "like" all the time isn't necessary and not a part of speaking English. Ask to any older person about it. They don't speak using the word "like" in a conversation that way. Don't try to defend her or the way she speaks specially when she has been living in The US for a few years. She should know better.

Hi, a channel. I just wanted to say thank you for making this video. Because sometimes people seem like they only need one thing to keep the entire life organized and its all on their phone are all in one place actually no one thing can really cover all the bases if you work if you go to school if you have your own personal life a few have a large family you do need multiple ways and organizing and reminding and different ways to keep everything organized.

I get very anxious when things are not how I planned out the night before. I have to have a planner for organizing, notebook for strict note taking, and if you are in my room you will see probably millions of sticky notes! This was a very helpful video!😘

Thank you for posting this video. I, too, am not naturally organized and this video reminded me to get a new planner and check stuff off the to-do list.
I use my cellphone to keep notes on what I need at the store, etc and I can also add in any memo's of events, b-days, etc to my calendar app (FB helps with the birthdays by automatically adding them in).

the fact that people thought you were wearing makeup, is actually a good thing! it means that you look really good and probably better than most of us without makeup, so basically you should take it as a compliment :) btw, I agree you look beautiful without makeup!!

Great video! A little tip that's made my life so much easier, is to use the allrecipes website. You can pick your recipes for the week and it makes as grocery list, from all of the recipes, for you. The shopping list is in isle order (baked goods items together, toiletry items together etc.), so you're not running all over the grocery store.:)

Ignore the lines in most planners. Just write over them. Their there for convenience if you need them. Most planner have the lines so don't waist your time looking for the perfect planner.

My mom always does the menu and grocery list since I was a child, it is just the best way to go, you don´t waste your time or money, and you only buy what you need. I guess I saw it as an obvious thing to do, but may be most people won´t do it that way.

I've had times in my life that I've had work/school for 45 hours a week. It was still these kind of tips that help me get through it all....
Working for 45/50 hours a week is not a reason to become a hot mess and start neglecting everything, including yourself.

Very helpful for people who are organized or have the "gene" for taking the time to get organized. You have a very pleasant approach and are easy to listen to. People who don't have planners or have detailed menus and shopping lists probably wouldn't find it helpful as they wouldn't want to take the time to think through stuff. It would take way too much time as the thought process would not come naturally.

I am so unorganized :( But I had an organizer at school that I really enjoyed to personalize. I drawed, put stickers inside, etc. That just made me happy. Everyone noticed because mine was the most colourful organizer in the whole class :D
I can not LIVE without my planner, i love it and don't know how people do without! i'm so happy i get to use my new one for 2014, 2013 was falling apart :/
You should try Cozi its in the App Store and they are online with a website they have everything you were talking about on one app. It's great. No stickers lol but you can color code things. Check it out.
