I recently repurchased this on my XB1, it does have so many good memories. The vibe of the game, the look and that intro theme, every time you boot-up the game... Etched into my brain forever.

I remember modding this online so my cars were custom, Had mods like wheelie cars, brick mods, but i mostly went for drift cars such as the skyline r34 with smaller wheels, lowered and had parts removed so it was more JDM and had like the rear lights light up blue with a yellow brake light was dope
Really wish rockstar would bring this back

I still play this game, I made a replica of Brian’s r34 and eclipse. GTA could never replace this. So many child hood memories. Oh and bro, turn on the soundtrack it’s fire!

Manifesting a full blown walkthrough. Always using the S14 as a starter, and the endgame being the Murcielago DUB.
Also, the Murcielago is still a far better vehicle than the bikes, since the bikes' low cost was meant to balance them for being very fragile and risky.
This game came out in 08 n still looks great
Been watching you since the old car meets I forget what forza it was you used to drag race up that one section down in the bottom left of the map I think it was by a light house or something like that I think it was horizon 2/3

Best open world street racing game I ever played. No current game has as much traffic nor challenge from the AI.
This game has quicker load times than some racing games today, and features that few missing in some. And it dropped in 2008.

I can't believe people aren't playing this game more with it being so cheap now. Also online servers are up on Xbox so that's a plus too. I grew up on this game and your content so it's awesome seeing it get the love it deserves :)
i wouldve never stopped, but i have original version where i purchased all the dlc, spent a month unlocking the audi R8, and the original version loses dlc access without an internet connection. i just got internet back a year ago lmao

Hey slap when the cutscene before the race hold the handbrake and release it on go gives you a good launch and using the bike once you unlock it bikes are op and will beat any car in the game lol

i still have my original modded xb360 gamesave on ny original flash drive. i havent been able to play MCLA in years because i have the original version. spent over a month unlocking the Audi R8, purchased all the dlc, but anything that is dlc gets erased on the original version without internet connection. luckily i only lost the hard drive dlc cars, but my flash drive save is still perfectly fine lol. i just need a complete edition to play it again with my drift mods

Rockstar missed the mark with creating a lane where 2 games simultaneously exists in one map/universe. Midnight Club and GTA could’ve had some merging aspects (not completely). Imagine the missions you do in GTA impact the story line in Midnight club and vice versa. If a big event fucks up a road in GTA then you’ll see it in races on Midnight club.

I bought an xbox a few months ago. I downloaded forza and after 30min I didn't feel like playing anymore. Then I saw that MC LA was available in the store. Unfortunately I never got the chance to play it back then. I'm addicted now. The old racing games are so much better
