@@TheDallasxt The fact you copypaste the same message you sent me already says enough about you.
@wolterzz3267 quiet is the best "treatment " for a damaged auditory system.
Ma nessuno ha capito che vogliamo un farmaco per guarire

All thanks to Dr. Akintola, the buzzing sound in my ear has finally stop...life is back again.
This guy is so obnoxious in the extreme that I had to ask myself, "Are the people who still defend him the types who would have drunken the cyanide-laced kool aid at Jonestown because Jim Jones instructed them to?"
People here seem to forget that 80% of the people who followed this therapy actually managed to cope with the fact that they had tinnitus and lead a normal life again.
They should take that into account next time before they make a comment about it.
It's not the most optimal form of dealing with it though, no one is saying that coping doesn't help but focusing on it in lieu of more effective treatments is kinda fucked, there are better methodologies that mainstream audiology is being distracted from.
why are you saying cope??? your first comment said reducing noise to low level or disappearing all together
You can only speak like this and have this view because you have damage but its not as bad as it can get. What you are saying is basically my sprained ankle is easy to think away from and the guy with his leg caught in a bear trap is just not thinking away from his leg pain. Wake up. Stop gaslighting. Tinnitus has no limit and can make you homebound with noxacusis and hyperacusis. Pain with all sound and increased ringing with all sound...no way to think away from it. Auditory damage has no limit... how are people so ignorant.
@@TheDallasxt I don't gaslight. I'm being objective. The majority of tinnitus patients have no problems with their tinnitus. But some people here, yourself included, tries to say otherwise. Now that's gaslighting.
Majority of people only get tinnitus & not to a bad degree. Even those people the best thing to let tinnitus die down is staying in a lowered sound environment. TRT is nothing more than masking with sound. If you got tinnitus that's not stable. Masking with sound should not be recommended. Rest is always best for a damaged auditory system.
@wolterzz3267
All that this guy unwittingly represents is the intellectual and moral bankruptcy of talking psychotherapy.
Does anyone think I am so stupid that I would pay around $4,000 (or any amount, for that matter) so that this obnoxious emotional bully can "blame" me when I report that TRT did nothing?
He reminds me of that Monty Python skit where you paid John Cleese to argue with you.
