What you said about D mitch not having any real chance at rookie of the year is a complete lie. He was the number one option on a Jazz team that beat the thunder in six games when their supposed big 3 was supposed to get them to the finals. Ben simmons had better assists and rebounds, and their defense was about the same, but mitchell could score all over the floor and was a leader for the Jazz. In the playoffs, simmons was almost completely useless because teams started to realize he couldn't shoot, while donovan led his team over a championship contender and then almost beat what should have been the 2017 champions (the rockets).
Stop hating on the Blazers , they have surrounded him with the talent he needs . Did you forget that the Blazers third or arguably 2nd best player missed the entire playoffs with injury and they still made the WCF Also in the WCF he separated his ribs and played with that the whole series that’s why he was so off . If he was fully healthy that series goes at least 6 maybe 7 games (Blazers don’t blow those leads with a healthy Lillard ) And they were contenders last year and they are this year as well

Tbh Luka reminds me a lot more of Larry Bird than any other player I've seen. He is both a great shooter an passer while being the size of a small forward. Lukas also seems to possess a clutch gene that reminds me of Bird.
