- This video is a year out from our trip, and we thought, it might be helpful for anyone planning a trip to hear your figures...how much did it cost us? It's a fair question. How do you budget for a month long trip? How in the world could you know how much it will cost. We don't give an in depth talk about what things cost, but I think we had some good ideas on how to save money, and we share them with you.
We watched a ton of you tube videos about people traveling to Alaska and some of them shared their cost breakdown. we found it very helpful and if you followed our journey maybe this will be of some help to you.
If you are planning a trip comment and let us know if our videos inspired you, or you chose a place to go based on where we went or we are curious to know. Also TH-cam does not let us see who "likes" the videos, so if you do dig them and "like" them consider leaving a comment so that we can know who is watching, is it just family and friends? strangers? fellow adventurers? someone planning a trip?

I appreciate the info, but viewership is not my primary, it’s probably not even my secondary concern. It is fun, and even rewarding, to see that people dig the work, but it’s not the focus for me.
