I'm from National City CA. My dad fished tournaments at Lake Morena back in the 70's and 80's when Weatern Bass was just beginning. I practically grew up there. Lol! I try to describe Morena to people here in New Mexico, but Elephant Butte near T or C NM is our closest thing to Morena. I never fished carp at Morena, but definitely cats and bass. Great vid.

Are you guys the same crew that lost your big stringer of carps? Was this on the same day? I was there with my wife and daughter. We were fishing off the dock using our so called "secret" Homemade dough bait and one of your buddy dropped his cell phone in the water off the dock too. Bummer, first the carps, then the cell phone. Anyways, just want to hi and that it was fun meeting you guys.

I can understand that you guys have fun while fishing for carp or any other species, but show some respect to the living creature you catch and don't hold them like a bass (they are to havy for that) or let them lay on the ground so that they inhale the dirt.
I love to see fishing videos of other countries because the fishing is more about catch some fish with your buddy's or family than like in Germany were you get punished by law, if someone ist touching a rod without a license or permission.
Fishing is a great sport, if not the greatest, but do not harm the fish more than needed is the biggest rule!
I don't wanted to start an argument with you guys, I simply don't like to see fish harmed or handled in a bad way.

To the left of where yall is fishing is a catfish hole. Easier than catching trout on opening day at Santee lakes.
