👋 Hi Reggie, was great to meet you last Sunday, a real pleasure chatting with you. I agree with your summary of the show, it was just too crowded & difficult to get around the thin isles between the stands (the balconies were even worse !!). I wanted to film some of the day but I gave up pretty quick with that idea.
The TMD is coming on fantastic, I like what you are doing with the ground coverage & detailing parts. Another thing that stands out for me is the track weathering which is superb.
Excellent finish to the vid with the running session , First Class stuff. Take Care & All the best....Andy

Hi Andy, Yes I didn't stay as long as I would have liked - it just got too crowded - the isles were too narrow I agree. This is why I think a bigger venue or 3 day show would be better maybe. Thanks for your kind comments on the TMD - progress is slow but I'll get there! Cheers Reggie

@@kevinbradley1112 Yes it sis expensive to go to Warley with parking and ticket, and then if it's too crowded to have a good look at the layouts it sort of defeats the whole object! Cheers Reggie

I went last year to see what it was like. I didn't have the hassle of travelling by bus if one turned up as last year I was parked directly outside.
I found that Waterman's MT2 was way too busy, as was the rest of the exhibition on a number of different floors.
Warley NEC exhibition is a better event for travelling train or car. More space to walk round a ground floor. This year's tickets have already been purchased.

Hi Thanks for your comment - yes these shows seem to be a victim of their own success - they get very, very busy, which is good for the Hobby but not great for the visitor! I may do Warley - it's not too far for me - but still undecided! Cheers Reggie
