Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (released in the United States as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone) is an action-adventure video game based on the 2001 film of the same name. Philosopher's Stone was initially released for the Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Color, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation in November 2001. A different game bearing the same name was made two years later for the GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox in December 2003. The versions on different platforms differ greatly from each other and do not follow the same level structures or gameplay, with somewhat varying stories as well.
The story follows protagonist Harry Potter, who, after discovering he is a wizard, is sent to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where he makes friends and receives magical training, and along with his friends stop Lord Voldemort from returning to power. The game received mixed reviews. Critics commented on the game's accessible gameplay and its unimpressive graphics (2003 versions) while others said the game's license would be the only thing to draw in fans. The PlayStation version sold 8 million copies by May 2003, which would become Argonaut's best-selling game and one of the best-selling PlayStation video games of all time.

I’m trying to figure out how they got Charlie in the elden ring animation. Was he deepfaked or did they actually just got him to play along with the animation?

This was brilliant foreshadowing for the cutscene when Hagrid made Dudley squeal like a swine after giving him a pig tail and had Harry make the glass window of the house disappear and Dudley fell through to die from the 5 meter drop.

Love how the ending keeps it vague if Hagrid used the polyjuice to make someone look like Quirrel, or if someone used the potion to look like Hagrid.
I think someone used the potion to look like Hagrid. Would've been easy for them to find a strand of his hair around the hut. The reason I think this is, it's out of character for Hagrid to do something like this and the person in question would need to devise a plan (kidnap Quirrel and convince Harry to help).

Those loading screens were so accurate, I had to burst out laughing.
This truly was the worst ending, it made me feel soo sad for Harry and what he had to do all because of Hagrid.
Yeah! Or who could’ve really been Quirrell by the polyjuice potion, especially if it had been modified to last much longer then normal. Even I felt bad for Harry at the end, he just killed someone and will likely take that secret to his grave from how horrible of an experience it was, having his world view be badly damaged.

@@holycrapitsvincent honestly getting really hard to even show this to him. It’s rare when we can actually hang out due to his shifts stressing him out and giving him very little free time. He works at a prison as a guard and gets home really late pretty much passing out like a log at his home. He has to work really late to help support his family. If I’m lucky I might be able to show it to him on one of his days off when he has to energy to do stuff that or on his sons birthday. Sorry for not being able to show it to him any sooner. Both my work shift and his work shift make it a chore to get the time to hang out.

I don't have much knowledge about Harry Potter in general, but because of the book at the end, I assume it was actually not Hagrid (the Polyjuice potion allows you to transform into anyone else from my understanding)
...or it wasn't Quirrell / Voldemort.

I like how despite Harry's model being better looking than his actual model on PS1, it's still convincingly sells the idea of Harry on PS1.
The ending also being vague but just clear enough to give us a couple haunting ideas is great too. Did Voldemort use Polyjuice to disguise Hagrid as Quirrell and himself as Hagrid? Did Hagrid use the potion to disguise someone else he needed to get rid of as Quirrel? Both ideas crossed my mind at the end.

Yeah! I watched it last night and it just spoke to me.
Also it would have to be someone as Quirrell because Hagrid would’ve changed back since the potion only lasts an hour. Unless there was a secret version that let you do it for far longer since it was day time when Harry left.

I have a theory about the ominous ending.
As many comments already pointed out, it might be possible that Voldemort tricked Harry after transforming into Hagrid and have him kill the actual Hagrid, but something's off... Would Voldemort, with his experience and power as the most feared wizard of all time, really need a book to know how to brew that potion?
In my take on this, the real Hagrid needed to brew the potion in order to have Harry get rid of a person he stated he does not like: Dumbledore. He brings him up a lot in the dialogues, and it would only make sense that Hagrid, a non-wizard individual, would first require an instructions book to gather knowledge about a potion, and also have an actual wizard get rid of him with magic since he cannot use it.
Maybe we will never know the truth, but I wonder if Harry will eventually notice someone important is missing from Hogwarts...
