  • This 15 minute Qigong morning routine is designed to gentle wake up the body and encourage circulation using qigong body tapping technique, deep breathing and gentle low-impact movements. Abdominal breathing exercises help to clear tension and replenish the body with vital energy. Mindful movements aid circulation and provide a gentle workout without causing stress to the body.
    This qigong practice offers an opportunity for you to ease in, slowly building on breath and movement to start your day feeling good.

    Sorry to point out that if you continue to twist your knees as you do those swings at the start your knees will be damaged in time. Very important to keep the knees in line with the feet and let the thighs do the twisting. Blessings

    This feels very good. I like the gentle and calming approach with Qigong. Are there other suggested types of exercise that would compliment qigong?

    I enjoy your videos . they are sweet and effective. Sometimes it difficult for me to follow along when there is no voice over. I will be bending over and will have to keep looking up to see what the next move is or when the pose will change. I am not able to focus as well.

    great flow in this. Thank-you! Is that also a Tai Chi movement, the pressing hands forward and back? A personal side note is that I feel sorry for the trees and shrubs in the landscape--they could use some TLC!

    I done this for a few day now and it help a lot with my health and fear with this virus it so relaxing put one little thing everytime I do it my tum stings me the top of my tum any idea way please love to know thanks you for all the help

      Hi Bridget, thank you for taking the time to write. I'm glad the exercises bring you relief and you feel the benefits. When doing any movement , avoid straining or forcing anything. Like they say, relax everything, force nothing. If you do feel mild discomfort limit your range of motion and make sure your posture is correct. Keep up with the good work and best wishes for 2021!
