Hi Trevor! Somehow just seeing this now. I remember when Twisted Sister were new on the scene. Though I didn't have any in my collection I thought the music was fun plus they made incredibly entertaining music videos! I am surprised to hear there were shitty areas inside Detroit. 😂 I remember a band called Helloween but not Halloween. They look pretty cool. I love the cover art on that Megadeth album. Exodus and Slayer, not exactly mellow to my ears. Very heavy! 😁
Holy crap, your copy of Halloween looks brand new! I would love to have it but not for the prices it goes for now. Confession: I like the rerecording of Bonded By Blood more than the original. Nice picks, Trevor!

Hey Trevor, finally scribed after watching you for several months (or more) on Sunday Night Confessions. Twisted Sister-Under the Blade and You Can't Stop Rock n Roll are two bonafide metal classics, although both sound dated now. Got a copy of Still Hungry which Dee said was the mix the band wanted to release while the record label made them change it to the dreaded "radio friendly" Stay Hungry release.
Great picks Trevor! 3 Thrash classics there, love all 3! Need to hear that reissue of Killing is my business, it's meant to sound the best out of any release. Bonded by blood is my favourite Thrash debut album, it's amazing! Nice one 😊🤘
Awesome choices Trev. I echo your thoughts on TS. Couldn't stand that lp when it came out...similar to how I felt about Theater Of Pain. I can appreciate both a little more now, but both those tracks you mentioned are atrocities imho! Maybe it speaks to what I becane familiar with, but I prefer the original artwork of Kiilling Is My Business...! I don't dislike the revision, just not how I remember it in '85. I wholeheartedly agree of the mixes though man. Only wish they hadn't mess with These Boots, but I know why. Good stuff man! Cheers bud! 🍻✌️🤘🎶🤘
Love the Tigers lid! Leader of the Pack was such an ill-advised choice for a single. They almost became a caricature of themselves. Haha that description of Harpo’s was spot on. Are Halloween different from Helloween? I was confused even back then. Great response video!
Thanks Jeff! Yes, Halloween and Helloween are two completely different bands. I was listening to Halloween a few years before I ever heard of the German band Helloween. For some reason, I never got into the latter. Did see them once in ‘89 sandwiched in between Exodus and Anthrax at Cobo. Good times!
