    Setting a bezier point as the first Vertex is what i was looking for! So many morph tutorials but nobody mentions this important part! Thanks!

    Is it possible to morph icons which have complex shapes?

    You can add points option in illustrator for adding additional points with default number of points.

    There's a Reverse Path Direction option in AE under the Path attribute. Could you have also used that so you wouldn't need to go back to Illustrator?

    Is there a specific reason you didn't just create the shapes inside after effects?

    Hi! Really good tutorial ! I was just wondering if you maybe could help me with an issue I am having... When I create the shapes in After Effects. It creates 2 paths instead of just one and I can just copy the paths as you do it. When I just hide one of those paths I just get a full colored shape an nut a line... Do you know what would be the issue here ? Thanks for the help :)

    cs6 version doesnt have the polygon properties like the one on cc version. So do you know ways to make it rounded on cs6 version?

    • @swissives
      @swissives  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know. There are two way to do it. The free way, doing it by hand. You have to add extra anchor point and the make a bezier curve. Or you buy Vectorscribe from Astute. They this is what I've used before I switched to CC.

    20:00 you use Illustrator's Reflect tool to change the path direction, but this is only convenient if the shape is symmetrical. If it's not, then what?
