This whole thing is really really heartbreaking to watch. We don't know all of the private stuff but I really do feel for Tyler. He seems to have worked so hard to build what he has only to have to liquidate it. You WILL get back Tyler, we are all here for you!

@@macbook802 I'm pretty sure the "financial troubles" relate to the ex not wanting to take on half a fleet of half-working cars, and would just rather take the equivalent net-worth. And if a court would likely order them to sell everything and split profits, it's likely its best to just come to an agreement to sell a few others and just give a lump-sum settled value. Possibly may also have to cover Tyler's equivalent ownership stake on their Freddy's franchises.
He specifically mentions having to reserve weekends for family, so it's likely that he's also getting limited time with his kids.
Overall, I'm sure he'll be fine and be able to go through it (best wishes dude), but it won't be easy.

To all the men watching Hoovies life go up in smoke: If you're married or you one day will, setup an offshore company account for all the assets you want to keep in case of a divorce and keep offshore anonymous bank accounts just for yourself. Things like the house and the minivan/SUV you can share with her but you pride and joy possessions keep them to yourself. Divorce sucks!! I learned the hard way to never enter into an agreement that the other party is rewarded for breaking. Courts are incredibly biased toward women, and you only get the justice you can afford. I learned to never own anything of value in my own name ever again. @@BadaBing.UCF30 Well, it could've been other things, like having to pay for health bill for a loved one, or he could've been moving out of the house 'cuz of issues with the neighbors/neighborhood and needed more money for the house he and his wife wanted to get, but there's a lot of tiny clues that support the divorce, plus, now he said he get his kids on the weekend which is the biggest clue as of yet. I mean, Tyler never got into the detail of what was happening, so many people could've wondered what he was going thru and not really think of a divorce situation.
