This is Loren's song and ONLY hers. Nobody can sing it like her, the emotions, this song made me cry when I first heard it, it makes me think about love and my family and my past lovers and it just makes me cry. No song has ever done that to, only Loren and this song.
I Break into tears every time I hear her sing- from David Foster to BGT to Omearas to Joe’s Pub to Indonesia to the Game awards. Even the Garden State Art Center and PIXTV.
This was a spectacular performance and she looks even more beautiful than before.
She wasn’t given a fair shot on the Voice a dozen years ago, but let’s hope this will be her ticket.

That was a powerful voice and range in a great cover song. If you are interested in a previous AGT star who now is writing and performing originals, I hope you consider reacting to Courtney Hadwin. You reacted to her long ago. She also has power and range but with a singularly unique vocal character. Courtney has shed the shackles of music companies trying to mold her into a pop princess and in 2023 became an independent artist with now 5 originals on her TH-cam channel: 2 ballads and 3 upbeats. Courtney plans to come to America this year, finish her album and become the rising star she's meant to be! Please react to her ("Monsters" opened high on the rock charts!)
Just to correct you, this isn't a "Rendition". She is the original singer - She just decided to do the song again in her own way. A reprise so to spreak! :)
I think people thought that to their minds she was already a star and maybe thats why she didn`t win. In the UK we do like an under dog. I think she should have won.
Here’s the unfortunate truth about Loren Allred, how can you top her performance in this song. Her career never goes anywhere because I’m sure everyone in a position to market her doesn’t know what to do. She’s literally the most amazing vocalist matched to the most amazing song. There’s nothing else she could do, and every other song she sings, even though it’s so amazing in comparison to other singers, it can never match the intensity of this performance. In the history of vocals, it matches Whitney and the national anthem.
True, your comment is spot on, she is literally the most marketable type artist you could want, but like certain actors, she is forever "typecast" as the never enough singer, how can she top that. She also literally looks like a Disney princess, how she can't be marketed properly, by SOMEONE, is truly tragic.

Can I request that you return to do a reaction to 4th Impact . In Jan 2024 they released 5 original songs on a mini album, with every song of a different genre and everyone fantastic. They are currently in USA with a series of concert in the upcoming months. Search for ....all at once, hate that girl, round and round, february and distorted.
It's too bad that they shortened the song for AGT. BGT had her sing the entire thing and it is an amazing performance. It's the 1st time that everyone got to know that she was the original singer. At least those who didn't read the credits or purchase the song after the movie, at least. You should really check that one out. I know you'll think that it's the better video, also.

@@Unknown-tx9ml autotune can be applied + you don’t see the live recorded version of the show when it is aired. They apply lots of pitch correction etc.
