Thanks,I'll TRY To 'digest' This here in Hull,as I'm an OAP,With Severe Mental Impairments,Etc,etc due to 'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome'/Myalgic EEncephalomyelitis/Fibromyalgia,Etc,etc!!.... :(
Is this basically a sales pitch aimed at confused people desperately in need? The best advice would be to advise people on how to do all this spending as little as possible.
Good vid, however I do feel you’re over complicating things abit. All someone needs to do initially is call their local council (adult social services) who will complete a care act 2014 assessment which will determine the needs. If the needs appear to be health needs the social worker will bring your case to the MDT meeting which takes place every two weeks and discuss your case with a bunch of other health and social care professionals and then a decision will be made whether the council will pay (possibly with a contribution from yourself) or whether continuing health care will pay. So to sum it up…CALL YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITY (council) ❤ the main thing this page can help with is telling people what to expect for the assessment. It’s not as scary as you’re making it seem.

so the expensive care system needs another service to take more money off you when you could just ask for a Social Work assessment
