We have been thrown into an unexpected care need for a relative and setting up the lpa was quite straightforward and dealing with the will that existed is not to much of an issue. Finding a suitable care home was more time consuming than anything else. The biggest issue is dealing with chc and social services as they are less than helpful. My only advice to people is do your homework and don't just accept their version of your situation.
