Just got a X803 RS today and glad to see your vid as I got the exact same problems as you do (size "L" here so nothing to do with the helmet size). The visor does not come down completely, and I did not manage to engage the lock button. I tried to play w/ the screws on the side, but did not succeed. Also fully agree with how awkward it is to set back the smoke visor in place, very annoying compared to Shoei or even HJC. That being said, I find the helmet very light and comfy so I'm going to check with a local shop see if we can solve that visor issue...but really disappointed on that point here.
Vielleicht hat sich da was geändert. Aber im Vergleich war beim X-lite bei mir dabei: 2x Spoiler (groß+klein), 2x Nasenflügel, 2x Visier, 1x Pinlock, 1x Transporttasche, 1x Pflegeset. Beim Shoei dagegen: 1x Nasenflügel, 1x Visier, 1x Pinlock, 1x Transportttasche, 1x Pflegeset.

Ausstattungstechnisch hatte ich bis auf ein dunkles Visier beim shoei auch alles genannte dabei damals 🤔

Das war eine Aktion von Polo vor 1 Jahr.
Aber einfach immer mal wieder schauen, solche Aktionen kommen regelmäßig 👍

Bei X Lite seit Jahren das gleiche Problem. Die Visiere schließen einfach nicht ordentlich. X-Lite weiss davon, tut aber nichts...
Da ist tatsächlich Nachholbedarf. Das können andere Hersteller besser. Trotzdem ist es kein schlechter Helm und funktioniert auf der Rennstrecke gut 👍
