This is why it is important to get your sight-reading to the highest level possible. Then you can play any music immediately without having to spend so much time trying to learn it by ear.
I'm so grateful I developed my reading and ear training. It's all useful 🙏🏽
Omg this was so fun to watch!!! I just wish this was a longer vid but overall I loved watching her learn through the song by ear
🙏🏽☺
I would do many things just to meet this woman. She is amazing
Zimmer is one of my favorite composers. I don't think I could pick a favorite between him, Giacchino, and Elfman.
She is a real musician...we be doing this in South Africa for years. Wonderful music.
Thank you 🙏🏽☺
Victoria is THE GOAT!! What a wonder to watch her lock in with this beautiful piece and crush it
Thank you 🥹🙏🏽☺️
nobody who has learn piano with a teacher can relate to this video feel.
It's so pure the present moment that you improvise and if someone ask you to do it again you have no idea what you just played ... you was playing with the heart
I'm more impressed that she doesn't know this song.
Exactly 😂
It's a song for a movie she probably hasn't seen it or been on the Internet all that much
@@HungNguyen-jk5ll she says she's a singer, song writer, composer, music director. I think she should listen to everything she could, even noises. There is no excuse for that.
@@HungNguyen-jk5ll there is literally no way you would not know about Interstellar ... Especially if you work in the field of music
Never watched the film and does not have to be on tik tok wasting her time.
This is so beautiful and impressive, out of words for her (im crying for the way she felt the music tho) so imma get fan as always... Hans Zimmer once said "my tracks are so simple" and he laugh right after saying that.
@0:25 in and I love you already, girl! These skills, that beautiful musical mind. I'm on binge watching mode!
🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰🥰
I literally got goosebumps when she played, her version, a personalized version so beautiful, so incredible
As usual, I am in awe of your genius and talent. You are such a consummate pro!
I’m honored to know you! FELIZ NAVIDAD
Gracias, mi hermano! 🙏🏽☺💖
wow wow wow that's mesmerising, She's a Legend
Victoria is an amazing talent as demonstrated in this video. This was fun to watch. 😊
Thank you so much!! 🙏🏽☺💖
What a brilliant arrangement she's come up with
this is possibly the most impressive thing ive ever seen
Thank you! 🙏🏽☺
Extra keys were played ,,but I absolutely love the way she ended the piece... beautiful!!!
Amazing! And genius to play a hans zimmer composition by ear. I also loved her energy.
🙏🏽☺
You can really see that this wonderful lady is having a blast while figuring out what's happening and playing!
Watching her smiling and laughing while listening and getting all the little tricky details is just marvelous!
And she made me want to get back to my piano and practice even though I'm completely rusted (and I never
was good to begin with).
And her joy is so contagious!
Lady Victoria Theodore, you are a true joy and pleasure to watch and listen playing!
Thank you! 🙏🏽☺ And I encourage you to get back to your piano. Your experience is YOURS and music is the gift that awaits you ☺
@@VictoriaTheodore Thank you, you're so adorable! ☺🙏
I actually went back to it and I nearly missed my time to go to work because I was having such a great time
even though I am really rusty and I couldn't play any actual piece (just fiddling and letting my hands go where
they wanted to go). And now I go to it once a day (even if just for 30-60 minutes) because I really want to be
able to play something decent. (I think my guitar might be a little jealous though 🤣)
So thank you for this video and for your kindness and encouragements! 🙏☺
@@TheNehethawa Ah I love that! There's something so lovely about being lost in time with music. But I hope you don't miss your job! 😆
Enjoy every moment 😊
@@VictoriaTheodore Don't worry I didn't miss job: I'm used to "zone out" when I do something I like (music, reading, writing,
processing photographs [but always with some music in the background when not playing some, I just can't live in complete
silence]) so I always set a timer to the moment when I absolutely have to go before getting late and another 10 minutes earlier 😅
And yes that feeling of getting lost in the moment is so great !
I am loving this series of artist learning songs on the spot
It is always exhilirating watching master musicians play. Always.
🙏🏽☺
This artist is an absolute savant! When all your hairs stand up and you feel a WOOOOSHHH over your body, you know it's special. Her awesome personality also made this more enjoyable.
Thank you 🙏🏽💖☺
What a fantastic pianist!
Thank you! 🙏🏽☺
