I love that these ladies decided to dress like pop idols then proceed to completely shred. Also, that is a massive drum kit. Then add in that the drummer is under 5' tall, I didn't know that a human could be so adorable and bad ass all at the same time.
It’s true it’s like Metallica master of puppets, definitely honors 80s thrash metal. The bass player admits she wrote that opening after seeing Slayer. It reminds me of “Angel of...”, the first song on SLAYER’s Reign in Blood album

great reaction, they are the best power metal band to come along since Maiden/Priest. I have everything they've released, buy it day 1..lol They are glorious!
The guitars solos are divided up into each ear (one solo is played in the left ear and the other is played in the right ear) so I think maybe there is a problem with your headphones since you couldn't hear Midori's guitar solo.
Love bites plays parts of people's old songs but they've been okay they hang out with Metallica Judas priest much of those people hang out together but nobody plays LOVEBITES music
Metallica are definitely an influence on them, along with Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Helloween. Midori and Miyako's back-and-forth soloing and harmonies remind me of Glenn Tipton and KK Downing of Judas Priest in their prime.
