South Texas Mustang Club - Yearbook 2009-2011

The South Texas Mustang Club (founded in 1994) is a member of the Mustang Club of America which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, care, history and enjoyment of all model years of Mustang, Shelby, Boss, Saleen, Roush, SVT Cobra, Steeda and McLaren. The mission of the South Texas Mustang Club (STMC), a regional chapter of the Mustang Club of America (MCA), is to provide an organization for Ford Mustang enthusiasts in the Rio Grande Valley to communicate ideas, exchange information, and enjoy the hobby in a family oriented environment. STMC participates in car shows, picnics, club meetings, parades, and driving events, amongst numerous other activities. STMC hosts 2 major events every year. A winter cruise to South Padre Island in February & a summer cruise in August. The STMC also hosts the largest Mustang car show in South Texas every first Sunday in November. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented group and we do not allow the presence of alcohol at any events. The STMC is open to just about anyone. You do not need to own a Mustang to join. We basically encourage anyone with a love for the hobby to join. For new members the initial due is $25.00 which includes a club t-shirt, windshield decal, and full access to the forum boards. Membership fees on or after July 1st is $15.00 and membership renewal is $20.00. If you already have a current MCA membership the costs are $5.00 less than normal dues.
