0:13 Yeah i can tell. The orange has some sort of layer alignment or height consistency issue, so it's not the Prusa, and the blue one has ugly stepping marks, so it is the Prusa :D
Been in it for 5 years. Why can't i just have a perfect print? Kinda good enough -ish but not perfect x.x Just give me a perfect print damnit!
Flex coupler isn't quite a solution either. It can wander up and down besides compensating alignment. I don't have a solution.

Actually, these couplings are quite springy and that can make your layer heights inconsistent. I rebuilt my entire z axis and just got rid of the coupling altogether by mounting the z axis motor on top. Hopefully that will solve z related problems but I haven't gotten around to testing it yet.

wow your print is beautiful after this upgrade. I upgraded mine the same way and the prints don't look that different. what are your settings you typically use? Do you use the standard Cura print speed (50mm/s infill, 25mm/s outer wall)?

Sorry for being late to reply! I remembered that I did do some tuning to my configurations, it is hard to share all in this comment section. However I can say making outer wall slower is always a good practice (25mm/s is good!) infill could go a little higher like 60mm/s. And the first layer is THE most part you need to tune to find the best parameters for your printer. I also recommend you to try Prusa slicer(www.prusa3d.com/prusaslicer/) it is not only for Prusa 3D printers but also can be used for Anycubic i3 MEGA (and others), and the result is good too! you can just trust the stock settings given by the Slicer. Happy printing!

    您可以试试双层薄膜联轴器,你用完后就会把这个弹簧联轴器丢掉的。
