I believe that it’s better to keep the properties than selling it, and then use it again to get more properties.

Melbourne prices in my area 7 klm north of Melbourne CBD are virtually where they were in 2017. There are few investors, not many quality properties on the market and there is a negative feel across the market. Both auctions I went to today had only one interested buyer and the properties were passed in at the 2017 previous sale price. I would venture to say it's as bad as I have seen in 40 years of property investing.

Come to Brisbane and see the madness. In average suburbs around me where at the start of 2020 I could have bought a house for $650k, those properties will now set you back around $1.1m. The madness is still continuing here although I’m now told that instead of selling the same day of listing, places now take 2-3 days to sell.

His main message is buy property will go higher
Just buy and give his commission then does not matter even if you go to hell :)

Such influencers don’t make videos for first home buyers at all
They make videos for wealthy people so that they can get rich 🤑

I think prpoerty prices going down is a good thing, why do we want to live in a country where 90 percent of your wage gos into a mortgage, its rediculous, bring on lower property prices! if ppl wanna make money they should start a business
