After the GFC in 2008 waterfront properties in Mandurah almost halved. Any thoughts on that slump repeating? I think Mandurah is different from Perth in this regard.
Hi everyone, I have a IP in muswellbrook NSW. Purchased a year ago for $509k with current value at $550k, renting out for $550p/w. Lately with the all the attention on earthquakes in the region (even tho there nothing new) and the potential for a nuclear power plant on the cards and future road upgrades. Will this be a good hold and possibly buy another in the same region? Mark
These areas are dumps. No jobs, lots of crime, no community, bad schools. Not sure if you actually step foot in this area or just look at a screen of it. All people need to know is more immigrants = rising prices
