I just got my license yesterday, managed to do a 1:45.0 as my fastest and 1:46.3 average!
Maybe becouse its my home track 😅
Well you are golden then, good luck on lfm!
It's insane as someone new to ACC. I do the set up, watch your lap and it all looks simple. Do a few laps and I'm 4 seconds off a lap you did while taking it easy.
I'm sorry I do have a bunch of XP in acc, keep at it 30 minutes a day after a few weeks you be amazed at how far you come
@@SimracingArnout Oh God no need to apologize man, I was more venting at my own limitations 😂. I've done two fuel tanks worth of runs and I'm getting quite a few 1.50s and dipped my toes into 1.49 once though it was ruined by a small offtrack. Your guide and set up have been really helpful, I was wallowing in the 52s in cars I like LoL.
Haha alright good stuff thanx hope it helps
Thank you so much for the help. Wasn't able to play much since my video card died, but back in game now and lapping in the 47's thanks entirely to the set up and guide.
i am doing 1:48-50 and was disheartened because the guide I'm following is doing 1:42. Just did some ride height changes on the porsche. Glad to see your tips and will work on that consistency.
Yeah man does master champion laptimes we as normal dudes who want to get the license
thank you for the Ferrari setup i am hitting 1.50 after an 1 hour of practice
Noice, keep does laps coming you will get there, on my discord i put a ghost lap for pc
I thought I was subscribed to you but either I wasn't or I got u subbed somehow. Re subbed, liked and a comment for the algorithm.
Much appreciated man!
im currently trying in the nissan. i got really frustrated today and stopped because i thought i had to hit 1:47:something. 1:49:19 ist actually managable
i havent quite got the setup right and some sliders are just mythical for me xD
The Nissan can be pretty playful
thanks!
Your welcome
Hi. I grabbed your Preset setup off Patreon - showcased it on my latest stream and gave your channel a mention on stream and in the video description. Hope it helps.
One question on the presets.. why is it still a full rear wing on Monza?
@@CMDRRustyDog awesome man thanx a lot!
For a preset to work i coulnd drop it cause a beginner would not control his car on monza with super low wing. A rule of thumb, drop the wing by 75% and remove the front splitter if it is there. Btw the front splitter should be of it doenst really work.
@@SimracingArnout Gotcha. Great stuff! Thanks
maybe next setup/guide for nsx evo?
great suggestion, but not super knowledgable about the honda tbh
@@SimracingArnout you should still try it its wierd in a fun way its diffrent but have something similar to it from other cars especially on tracks with shorter straights
Hello, I just have a beginner question: what car has the pointiest front end in regards to being nimble, specifically at low/mid speeds
Fiat Multipla
They both do! But the ferrari wil be more nible
@@SimracingArnoutok, and what about in general (including all cars)?
Hmm.. i think, mclaren, 296, 992 and lambo. The nissan also can be nible
@@SimracingArnout thank you for the help
I really would love to know, if acc got slower is some update? - there are videos of guys doing 1.41.x. I can’t believe those times, I am doing 1.44 low and with Porsche I did a 1.43.9. I can imagine maybe a half a second, but not like 2 or 2,5.. please could somebody tell me that I am right, otherwise I will be deeply disappointed
So there are like 40K of people racing acc probably, 300 of them can do these laptimes. You can see them online on TH-cam or sometimes in a lobby. just know that the rest of us who have lives and families are not hitting does lap times
Thank You. Any chance of getting a ghost car?
i wish i knew how
@@SimracingArnout If you've done a hot lap the ghost file will be saved in the file named for the track on your computer. For example someone sent me one for Mt. Panorama. I just swapped it out in the folder named mount_panorama with the lap I'd done and waa laa I had a ghost car to chase.
@@Ex10gshSimRacing that might work i will look into that when i get the chance, what filevis that in the directory?
@@SimracingArnout mine is This PC/OS C:/Users/valyn/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/ghostcars.. Then either online or offline and then the track. Hope that helps.
I will try this dont pin me on time i will get into it and share it on Discord
High 1,50s for me so far, how the hell are you people doing 45s😮
What were the damper settings abd electronics ??
What about them? they are shown yeah
@@SimracingArnout hey mate how far in to the 1.49s do u need to be for ur LFM licence ??
Hey man, i would try to get 49s blank or a lower even to be safe
@@SimracingArnout I’m working on it practice practice practice I’m down to low 1.50 s
Is that Aston dlc ? I can only see access to a v12 Aston.
Sorry i just figured out you have to pick what series of car first, I'm clueless lol. I've just moved to this sim after using raceroom as my entry into this. I won't actually be racing for quite a while until i'm totally familiar with the handling but i think i can manage getting my license in the meanwhile, cheers mate. 👍
Aha im building a acc starter guide atm. Haha good luck!
@@SimracingArnout I just done the license run. Your guide and set up helped me go from mid 1:49's to mid 1:46's in a couple of sessions. 👍 I'll be watching for that starter guide. ;)
