I visited Singapore back in 2001. Rain all the time I was there, it was December, 2001. So living in much Northern latitude from the equator is quite a change. Summer is hot, I don't know if It's a dry heat like Central California or slightly wet heat like Northern California. Winter is cold, dry winter, like here in Central California.
