Thank you so much for all of these videos, I am from Oaxaca and it makes me so proud when I hear people from other latitudes recognize the greatness of our cuisine, you guys are welcome to Oaxaca any time!
¡Saludos desde Canada, Señor Gonzalez! Soy canadiense pero adoro a su pais. Entonces, he pasado mucho tiempo en estudiando su idioma y su comida. En mi cocina, se hace mole oaxaqueño. En mi opinión, de todos los typos differentes de comida mexicana, la comida oaxaqueña es la mejor. ¡Todo lo mejor para usted!
I dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me
Congratulation. Good. Recipes. Thanks for your. Combination the. Ingredients. 😛👍💚 saludos desde. Los. Ángeles. California. Excelente trabajo. Y me gusta su programa. Y sus paseos por mi pais México. Es increíble. Escucharlo hablar. Castellano felicidades. 👋😜👍
it's interesting that Oaxaca has the Manila mangoes, whereas North America (Canada in particular) does not import them. We have that Ataulfo mangoes coming from Mexico but the Manila mango has a totally different sweetness to it.
Beautiful video. Thanks for making this. Just one thing I want to point out. I am from Oaxaca and the word Oaxacans in Spanish is translated as Oaxacos. Oaxacos is a very demeaning and offensive word to the people of Oaxaca. People from different states of Mexico use it as a disrespect to the people of Oaxaca. It's better to just always say: The people of Oaxaca, in Oaxaca, at Oaxaca, in northern Oaxaca. And if u want to be more professional u say Oaxaqueños. What I point out is for everyone in general. And again thank you for this beautiful video!!

I just plugged "Oaxacan" into a translator and it translates into Spanish as "Oaxaqueño."

Until Rick stepped in, I could swear this video was from the 1950's,
