I guarantee that chuck wouldn't want to feel your crosshairs burnin either! Most of those bird impacts sounded like someone smacking the water with a canoe paddle........love it!

Hey guys I’m not mad I was just disappointed. . when I told you I bought the impact 30 knowing what I know now I would’ve said spin it to 50 MOA and fine-tune from there. I have been using StrelokPro and Ballistic‘s AE shooting thousand yards for the last 20 years and I had no idea that StrelokPro Pro had pellet ballistics in their program. When you said walk it off every 10 yards and figure it out that’s not quite what I expected. Still love you guys for what you do.❤️

Where do you get those tables? They look good, stable , and mobile. you guys use them and i see through your scopes. I want a few for shooting too. Nice shooting by the way.
Norm picked them up at walmart about a year ago. They are just large dinner folding table trays. Like for eating at the couch watching tv. Not super stable but very mobile. A solid tripod might be better but these work for us

I saw mobile shooting table "T" kind, at sportmans (l saw it on your chairs) but then its how to sit behind it. Your style table means no extra stuff cuz camp chairs seem to be just fine. Question. I'm curious if buying the .357 and converting it to a .22 would be more powerful? Or would fpe be the same? Would it allow using heavier .22 slugs with same fpe or greater?
What are your thoughts on the noise level of the .35? I have a .30 now and love it, but I do like the concept of more power and bullet mass, just did not want to spring for another FX if it is going to be really loud. Also is the gun difficult to manueaver it appears to be very very long, but the camera could be deceptive. your input and feedback is greatly appreciated.

I was thinking that was the luckiest wood chuck ever when you missed the first shot. Unfortunately for him he wasn't the smartest wood chuck. Should've stayed right in his hole. Love to see the damage slugs would do out of that 35. The 357 Aero Magnums have always worked well for me... if you can find them.

Thanks Jace! we have considered it...most of our shots you see the side of the pellet as it arcs down though and it doesn't show up unless you are closer than we often shoot

I am still a new to the air gun scene . I purchased a 22 cal Cricket and have been using it to control the field rats and squirrels that want to share my home with me . I really enjoy your video's , Thank you for sharing . When it comes to the wood chucks what do they do that makes them a pest ? Are they like rats and get into everything or are they like prairie dogs that create hazardous burrows for livestock . Also ? since the wood chucks are so large what do you do with them ? Are they getting consumed ? I know my question is weird but with their size I could imagine some meat on them .

yeash man woodchucks are quite delicious one of my favorite chili animals. they dig holes that destroy foundations and hurt livestock and machinery otherwise they wouldnt be a pest at all well except near the garden

hey Michael, thanks not sure if we are gonna go to any monster calibers. so far all the options bigger than 35 are too loud for my tastes. I want my airguns quiet. i have plenty of powder burners if I don't mind the noise and need the power.

Goliath is one mean mamma jamma! I'd like to test it on some turkey buzzards that have been hanging around, five of 'em yesterday and three in the tree outside my back door this morning trying to get in the chicken and duck pen. I'd tear their asses up if I could but they are a protected species in this state, all I can do is keep my eye on them and run them off.
Yeah protected here too. Ive never had them go after my chickens, its the Hawks that go after ours!
@@68Whiskey We have netting over the chickens and ducks to keep the hawks out, we have a ton of those here as well. The Buzzards are watching the chickens, ducks and cats, they've been hanging around here for several days this time. You see them eating a possum or other things that have been hit on the road, but they're just hanging out in the pecan and walnut trees and sitting on top of the building the pens are attached too. They're not necessarily going after them, just watching and hanging out watching them as if they are trying to get to them. Either way, if they weren't protected I'd put some lead in their noggins.

Hey guys I do have a question What GoPro camera are you using and did you have to switch out the lense to get the quality your getting. This would be a good video for you guys to make about the GoPro system
haha funny you should ask. Norm has his on the operating table right now trying to make his focus absolutely perfect. We have a gopro hero7, the lens was already switched and ready rock when we bought it from Thanye Simmons at sideshot. it does need to be focused to each individual scope though.

hey im planning to buy the 35 fx impact, will i be able to caliber down to 30 and 25 with the stock internals of the 35? i want a 25 600mm but i wanted the bigger bottle. so it makes sense to get 2 usable calibers vs 2 bottles... EarnestTV on youtube shows a valve spring adjustment with 2 balls 5.5 and a 6mm ball at the end of the spring, apparently allowed him to caliber down and also make use of the power wheel adjuster through all ranges down to 22cal.... with only adjusting the above bottle valve... is this accurate? i really do not want to take the gun apart and swap internals every time i swap 25 to 35... thank u for the info!
Now, it is Coyote time. I am sure we all want to see that. Can you guys do a hunt, (day or night?)? I would love to see you call them in, and bag 4 of them from one pack, (maybe with the best suppressor you can get if needed).
EarthSurferUSA we will definitely try it at some point but have to wait for yote season unless i catch them attacking the chickens!

Loved the video and you guys. I thought I had .my mind made up but now I need some help. I wanted to buy the .30 cal but now they got this .35 cal. now I don't know what to buy I was hoping you guys can help me make up my mind I did my research watched all the videos on the, .25 cal. and .30 cal. And I know i want the larger calibet, I now what your gonna say buy both but I honestly can't afford both and don't want an extra barrel I don't want the burden of changing barrels. So can you tell me in your own opinion which one you would rather own. You shoot all the time I see test the .30 and the 35 so. Please be honest with me tell me what you would do. ahhhhh i see this post now. If I could only own one caliber it would be the .25 man its too versatile to pick anything else. ive also killed further with the .25 than any other caliber. my thirty has gone to 301 yards on two woodchucks. but that 25 we have multiple kills further our best yet is at 327. just saying that to point out you don't need huge to go long. but if your coyote hunting, love the 35 for that
I couldn't have said it any better then Keith just did buddy. we own every caliber there is. we love them all. but I too would choose the 25cal if I could only pick one. now if you want to choose between the 30 and the 35cal I would take the 30cal for sure. I love this 35 and cant wait to put it through its paces but we have a lot of property to use this beast

@@68Whiskey On the video there is a significant difference betwen this two glasse. Athlon have a way better resolution, clarity and colours vs nexus but they are on the same price. Is it on video or is it the same when you looking with eyes?
miljan1983mc nah man its the camera setup. The nexus is every bit as good optically. Sadly the eye sees it differently than the cam

Will the Maverick be getting 35 cal? Would the .30 be better for range. Plan on using slugs mostly. Waiting to see if they drop 35 b4 in I buy the 30.
I dont think the 35 is gonna be available in the Maverick. The thirty is pretty awesome for long range. My furthest woodchuck kill with the 30 was 355 yards so i dont think you will be missing power if you go that route

Always like you guys videos! All the shooting I’ve been doing with my new FX impact 35 Cal has been with the JSB 81 grain pellets and I get a lot of pass throughs on ground squirrels. They can suck up the lead and keep going. So I was wondering if you guys have tried slugs with it? I have tried some with not very good accuracy with a pellet barrel. I would love to get something that shoots very good and leaves all the energy inside the animal. Keep up the good work on your videos guys! I know it takes a lot of time especially when I have to cut it and edit it for my TH-cam Channel. So I know it’s time consuming for you guys.
Thanks man! Yes we have tried some slugs and they arent too amazing yet We found one that might work if we retuned the gun , but its shooting so well with pellets we didnt want to change the tune.
Im curious about slugs in .35 and .30 when it comes to hog hunting where energy dump (I feel) is less important than plenty of penetration. I have seen tests on gel and the soft slugs within 50 yards which make an impressive short wound channel doesn't have that great of penetration. Penetration is better beyond 50 yards (in general) since the slugs do not open as fast. On hard headed hog skulls. Do they make slugs that may have higher levels of antimony added for extra hardness? Or less of a hollow point? I have not yet hunted hogs, but would hate to have a slug "pancake"on a skull...

yeah bud. you need to know the weight of the projectile. the feet per second its flying height measurement of your mounted scope. like Keith said there is a lot involved my friend

I need big help my pellets are spiralling,
i have tried now with 4000 pellets , I have tried from 70 bar to 140 bar reg pressure, and tired adjusting the hammer tension and tension screw from min all the way to max in small increments, I have the power plenum and external 40cc plenum , bigger reinforced valve seat, 600mm slug liner a , king heavies mk2 and nsa 33.5 tried around 600/880fps , I have tried everything and im still getting spiral pellets when I shoot into the air , I have tried 2 slug liner A’s , it seems it gets a lot better at lower reg pressure , I’m now at 65bar and shooting 835fps and consistently with king heavy and nsa 33.5 also pretty accurate at 30 meters with a 1/2 inch group , I’ve watched all the videos and I owned the impact for 2 years so I do know how to tune I just can’t seem to get rid of spiralling pellets through the air , I have tired with and without moderator , I see all these long range videos in slow mo and the pellets fly true , mine go around in a funny spiral sometimes , any pointers will be much Appreciated , thanks a lot
Greentruth420 awesome detailed post. Thank you for that. One question, did you watch matt dubbers video on why pellets spiral? Also, have you tried the light pellets? Did they also spiral? Usually just a speed change takes care of it but seems like you have been through the ringer. Ever shot it without the airstripper, just in case thats doing it?

Now I am told a 4-6 month wait for the .35 cal, (shorter wait for
smaller cal.) and you have to cough up 3 bills to get on a waiting list
with no date of delivery. If FX was actually producing and shipping
anytime within the last 4 months, (after the introduction vid by FX), we
would see a lot more You-Tube vids of people who actually bought one.
It looks like FX has adopted the Umerex Hammer business model, (all
show, no delivery). Taking money for a product that is not being
produced, is the type of stuff that legally puts a business out of
business. Have you guys ever heard of "through put" or an "assembly
line"? Your factory was not shut down, (Sweden did not shut down for
the scam virus), but who could tell by the retail sales? 4-6 months. I
would have had this gun 3 months ago if you actually produced them. Go

Thomas Davies its not low its pest control. They do significant damage, financial loss and pose a huge health hazard to farms. Them being pretty doesnt and shouldnt exempt them from the title of pest
