My worry around foldable phones (aside from the cost!) is how durable the fold actually is. Another thing I would like to see taking off before I commit is a phone holder for the car that would hold the phone when opened - for navigation purposes.
Durability is a concern, but the latest Galaxy Z Flip 6 is the most durable flip phone yet from Samsung. It's still not dust resistant, so you need to treat it with care, but Samsung says the hinge should last as long as you need.
