Really Izzy do you have any info on replacing the front lower daytime runnig light bulbs? Looks tough to get into the area. Main driving lights above it are ok and easy to access. Thanks. i do most of my own maintenance and it is at about 40000 miles oil at 5000 intervals, 2017 NX200t.
Yo I’m relatively young and want to know more about my car and start learning. I got my 2017 nx 200t fwd with about 34k miles on it now it’s around 51k what should I be doing to maintain this car. Btw I’ve only had this car since may of 21.
Definitely do the Sparkplugs asap .. other than that check air cleaner and cabin filter.. replace if dirty ..if you are doing alot of driving which it appears that way change oil every 5k miles instead of the factory recommended interval and it will extend the life of your car.. also remember Turbo cars should be warmed up for atleast a minute when cold to preserve your turbos
@@ReallyIzzy ok thanks man I have not been doing that shit…. And I take this car up to the mountains as well. So for now I’m still gathering all of my tools and what not but you said spark plugs asap. Would it be ok if I took it to Toyota instead of Lexus to get them done right now
Hi 40,000 miles is what is in the Owners Service Manual. It might have to do with the fact that it is a Turbo Direct injection motor. I have not heard of any Water Pump or cooling issues with these engines.
When should you do a transmission drain and fill and a coolant flush? I have a customer with a 2018 NX 200t and am gonna do her oil today. Want to try and make some more $ 😂😂😂

@@ardjamito5435 Yes the spark plugs are same and you will get the lower labor rate .. You have been changing the oil right?
@@ReallyIzzy yeah I changed oil at Lexus at 45k but oil change is easy so ima do it on my own now after seeing how much they charge.
Make sure you get the transmission fluid changed every 30k A MUST DO!!!! Unless u have a scanner that checks trans oil temp let the shop do it👍👍👍👍👍
Why replacing it so early not even 100km on it?? Is it recomended??

Transmission drain and fill every 6 years OR 60K miles - Coolant flush every 5 years OR 50K miles. I just get both done every 50K and call it good.
