Thanks for sharing this Steve. first thing you are NOT wrong for expecting your room to be clean. I mean we consumers spend a lot of money for these rooms and it is kinda gross with some of the things you find when you really inspect a hotel room..... Anywhere. Charlotte always cleans the room when we go somewhere, and she shouldn't have to. I've often told her to start a business where she goes around to hotels and cleans the rooms after they've been cleaned. LOL One thing I really thought was neat was the animal tracks leading to the elevator. I was not a fan of the community microwave, but I guess it's better than nothing.

My wife and kids loved the animal tracks, too! I thought that was a pretty cool touch.
And yeah, I’d much prefer my own microwave. But thankfully, we’ve never had an issue being able to use it exactly when we wanted to.

Yeah, it’s a bummer. But there’s one in each vending room, and it’s not awful.

You know, we didn’t. Maybe we should have. I’m really not comfortable complaining about stuff to staff. And please know that everyone on staff was very kind and helpful! It’s just not something I do well.
I know that means they couldn’t fix it for the next guest, which is unfortunate. I’m not a professional reviewer - I just tell it like it is, try to make the best of everything, and share how you can do the same.
