Okay so the guy that made Gorillaz is named Damon Albarn, he's a British musician. The members of the band are 2D on vocals, Murdoc on bass, Noodle on guitar, and Russel on drums. This track also features Del the Funky Homosapien, who is Ice Cubes cousin.

Clint Eastwood is an actor most known for playing in Italian-made Western films. I think the song is just called that because the backing harmonica sound sounds like the music from one of those films.

"Dirty Harry" was another of his famous movies. The band Gorillaz is a made-up band with lots of artists moving in and out in guest roles. Del the Funky Homosapien was the featured rapper here. The lead singer and the artist who draws the animation are the only ones that are permanent.

He's produced/directed many films and received many Academy Awards including: Unforgiven, Mystic River, Million Dollar Baby, and American Sniper. I'm surprised you haven't heard of him.
You gotta watch DARE and Dirty Harry next! (Though my absolute favourite songs/music videos are Tranz, Sleeping Powder, Aries, 19-2000, and Momentary Bliss!) Some good non-music video songs are Empire Ants, Souk Eye, and People. You should also definitely look into the lore too!
