I'm a 5-year family law attorney practice out of Idaho. This woman has given the most honest and factually correct analysis of family law I've ever seen. The usual TH-cam videos are "10 TIPS TO GETTING SOLE CUSTODY". This woman is very honest. The general rule is: "Too bad. You married him. They're his kids too. Go get a job. The gravy train is over". Cheating, and often spousal abuse, does not matter so long as theyre a good parent. Nobody "loses their kids" unless they're rights are terminated, which does not happen unless someone is willing to adopt or someone's doing 30 years in prison. And good job pointing out that property division is just a math problem. Nobody takes their spouse to the cleaners.
So relieved children won't affect my divorce but unfortunately even unseen adultery [by the kids but experienced by the betrayed spouse] does directly affect the kids because it affects that spouse's ability to parent. You try parenting when you're angry, confused, and betrayed by someone you made vows with.

I have been trying for 11 years to get a divorce and the courts of Cape May county have allowed me to struggle over and over and over again I am mentally physically emotionally financially just exhausted I've done everything myself because I cannot afford a lawyer. I am entitled to so much more than what I have been given and they will not make him divorce me they're making me do it all he is untouchable I'm drained
I want to find out if I have a house, its paid off. I get married and she divorces me, she cant get it correct? Do to it being in my name and owned it before we got married? I also out it in a WILL for my mom and my brothers.

if a home beongs to 2 ppl under a survivorship deed aka and both are still living what happens in the event pf divorce?
