Awwwww Yay!! I've waited on this review for soooooo long and it's here!! Not gonna lie, I'm pretty pissed about the paint coming off, that totally sucks!!! What the hell did I pay for Good Smile?!? Alter would've done a better job lol XD
But other than that she's absolutely gorgeous and I love how you have her displayed! That nice light shining on beautiful Sakura!!! Amazing!!!

The paint coming off almost made me have a panic attack and it isn't even mine lol! 😨 At least it's on the back but I'd still contact goodsmile company. She still looks amazing though especially how you have her displayed. Loved the yandere vibe with the box cutter in the opening by the way LMAO!
Thank you for the review video. 9/10. Beautiful figure! Mine also came with tiny paint flaws and the right arm is kind of loose but I can't detach it.
I'm a HUGE Cardcaptor Sakura fan and yes I was excited when I saw the prototype. Even if I love the design and all the things it has going on for it- I am not a fan of the colour palette they chose to go with. So, I decided to pass on this figure cause I wanted one with her red and white or her pink and white outfit rather than this one.
I got mine some time ago and I was terrified opening it after hearing about all of the issues people were having. I lucked out though and mine was ok. Which im happy about because it cost me a leg after customs fees. It really is a super gorgeous figure. I dont regret buying her.

interesting review ! you pointed out stuff i hadn't even noticed before. I agree with your rating, given the price and everything ! I feel like this figure got away with making it not even really look like a figure..its so extravagant and big it kind of just feels like a centerpiece or piece of furniture lol.
Ah, so sorry about the paint. So many people seem to have trouble with that. As for me. Mine came in with no flaws whatsoever. I looked at mine from up close for a while and there are no paint flaws, chipped paint or any kind of issues. She really is perfect. As for the base, my only issue with it are the transparent wings. You can see these ugly chunks where the wings are glued together, and I feel like they should have been more on the frosty looking side rather than completely transparent. Making the wings milky would have hidden the areas where they are glued together, plus it would have made them stand out more. Other than that, the figure I have is really gorgeous, and I would give her a solid 9/10. It would have been a 10 if those wings didn't look a bit cheap. Plus I was also kind of expecting a better stand. The fact that it's hollow plastic that just resembles wood feels yet again a bit cheap and makes me worried about future support and stability. They should have at least made the stand full, not hollow for extra support.

Even though I'm not a Sakura "fan" (only because I'm not familiar with the anime) I bought this figure after seeing your video showing how amazing even the box looks after you picked yours up at the post office. Mine is perfectly painted all around, it doesn't have any of the dress paint issues yours has so I would have to give it at least a solid 9. I agree that parts of the base can look a bit plasticky so I guess a 9 is fair for my figure. Sorry yours came with some paint issues, I hope you can at least get the based replaced by GSC. Thanks for the great review and for always looking so darn pretty on all you videos XD
shes a 7.5. I'm not a fan of her dress and drawing plus as you said there are paint flaws. But i love the way you displayed her!
I got my Sakura figure a few weeks ago, but the box was so beautiful and she was so expensive (not to mention the shipping costs!) That I just kept her in the box. And seeing that some of the paint could chip, I don't know if I'll ever open her up and risk that! But she's a 9.8/10 staying in the box lol
She's so huge and awesome! I love her so much! I wished to buy her but I heard many things about her fragility, that's why I gave up :( I'm sorry to see you had some problems with her paint on her base... But she's still beautiful :3

I have her!! I would probably rate her a 9/10 because I think she's so well composed in terms of the details and finishing touches! Though for me tragedy struck when I opened her because her arm snapped :( but because it snapped inside the joint it's not visible! The arm just sort of ... hangs off from her upper arm thanks to the glove ends that hold it in place so you can hardly tell when she's displayed.

She is a breath taking figure, that's for sure. But man, the paint coming off. Talk about a pain in the arse. I hope GSC can do something about it. Love the way you displayed her though. It be a shame to not display her with her box. Great Review!

I can't believe the tape took the paint off !!! My figure the tape of the side that holds the bubble packaging together was stuck to the pink sash and left a bunch of sticky residue, I haven't display my figure out of the box because I don't know how I am going to clean the dirt off

Hold up! Is that a washed out pink paint on your wand at 06:49? Man, and you got a lot of chipped paint on Sakura's skirt too. It seems that you got an unfortunate copy? My SBY isn't perfect as well, it got a noticeable paint transfer on her skirt, but at least that's it! I feel bad about your figure's back side too, that sucks!! TBH I could rate this figure a 10/10 if only it was as nice as we saw in the promo pics! :P
