The creators already said him being late for Everything was on purpose supposed to make people not think he could be the flash But it just made people question what Barry was up to being late all the time with weak excuses
Honestly it's my personal theory that all the villains know who superman and the flash are, but are better off letting them keep day jobs rather than let them be superheroes 100 percent of the time

She was concerned about not being a Hero like him, but Barry by giving her that name demonstrates that he already views her as the hero she thinks she can't become. Sometimes all people really need is someone to have the faith in them that they lack in themselves.
The Poster next to Barry says "The [unknown] Butcher is back for more." And I can't stop thinking about how that basically foreshadows what happens to Eobard at the end of the Episode...

Is it weird that after 8 seasons of this even though this was the first time seeing this scene I knew everything that was about to happen. I.E., Captain Cold and Heat Wave. He not only turned them into allies, but Snart ends up saving Barry more than once
The speed force protects them if they didn’t have the speed force aka the lightning coming off of them then they would be dead but the speed force protects them physically so for them running at super speed is like us running normal because of the protection of the speed force.
