@@EXQUISITEMAD Ok thanks for the reply. I just purchased this today to try out as a traditional wax on my black Audi or new Lincoln, maybe. I kind of like the ritual of waxing old fashioned style once in a while. Thanks for the video and instruction.
Its subjective to environment and maintenance. If parked in direct sunlight on the beach in Destin / 30A Florida it last about a month washing it twice, plus exposure rain.
It's mostly for ensuring complete coverage. The solvents that make it spreadable reactivate the wax on the paint, and just end up re depositing the wax elsewhere over the surface. A stronger sealant should be more resistant to those solvents. This is why people used to lay down a layer of NXT Tech Wax 2.0, and top with Gold Class. When I learned that waxes like Gold Class don't necessarily "layer", I stopped doing. It.
Good question. We do a in depth video on this subject. They are all different blends of ingredients to perform a certain way. Some are ment for looks, some are quick fixes that last a limited time, while others are from meguairs professional line that are a whole other animal vs thier retail line
Good to see this one being reviewed!
Glad you liked it!
Been using it for years. If ya drop the applicator, toss it, it will pick up grit from the ground and scratch the paint.
You're not worried about scratching your car with the wax container? Just tossing on your trunk etc
The container has no sharp edges, so setting it straight down is fine.

Far to much wax, that’s enough to do the whole car and more 🤷♂️
Solo era aplicar un poco a la esponja , aplicaste mucho , creo q esa cantidad te ajustaba para casi la mitad del vehículo
it is a perfect amount for application
How long does it last?

You can put another coat on the next day for extra protection if you want to ! And it wipes off any plastic or rubber
Absolutely great stuff indeed!

@danlc95 is it because the next layer you put on just resoftens the lair you already did and it takes it off?
What’s the difference between all the different waxes from Meguiars the same company? I’ve used them all seems to all work the same

WD40 on a rag will remove any wax on black trim
Not if its certain types of rubber and or if its baked on.
Clear Coat safe disclaimers kill me. WHY ELSE WOULD THE MAKE A WAX FOR YOUR PAINT!
