There is two creeks just like that about 3 miles from me. we use to catch a lot of channels with chicken liver in them. I don't mean to preach but you ought to wear a life jacket in that swift water.

I would love to see you get on these record cats down here in the Santee lakes. I grew up on the lower lake Moultrie and now live near the upper lake Marion and the fishing is absolutely unbelievable.
I have a trip planned to the Florence area in 2 weeks. A reunion with a old friend from the USAF. Have not seen each other in 25 years. Hope we can capitalize on the great fishing in that area. We will be staying on Shoal Creek. Anyone that can help with fishing information would be helpful.
