Boy Patti got everybody in that theater standing up on their feet, she got the biggest standing ovation out of all of them, even though they all did good on there's solo songs, but I thought Gladys murdered I will survive, and Patti absolutely murdered new attitude, and Dionn chilled I'll Never Love This Way again, they all dead fantastic.
This kind of show will never happen these days having 3 powerhouse performers, too much competition with today's big artists. Back in the day, they just go on stage and enjoy music.

I've always loved each of these ladies in their own right, but Gladys' sass, Patti's brass and Dionne's class make a truly unforgettable combo.
I love how manic Patti is! If her personality is anything like her voice, she's a lot of fun to hang out with. Her singing and movements remind me of my friend Brenda, who is very dramatic with her speech and appearance.
