I live in Los Angeles, CA. I'll probably never be able to taste her roti. But people around the world don't admire Puy because of her food, you fall in love with her because of what she is, a beautiful yet humble, down to earth, hard working person who stays cheerful even when the rain drives customers away. She has refused offers to upgrade her cart which has been handed down for generations. She won't change her menu, open a restaurant or mass-produce her roti as many have suggested. She remains steadfast to her traditions. And yet, she'll make you feel as if you're part of her family after a short time. I invite you to meet Puy on one of her livestreams. It doesn't matter if you understand Thai culture or not, I'm certain that before long you will fall in love with her as I did.
She moved next to my favourite Kuaychup stall! Cool. You should try the kuaychup. It’s nice and not too peppery. Great for a late night snack.

She is hard working mother of two children supporting her family..bless her.

I've been eating roti prata since 1972 until today. I consumed coconut and palm oil-based foods since childhood. But I never complaint others throughout the whole if they prefer soybean and corn oil-based foods though. It's your own choice and preference of lifestyle to stay healthy. 🤭
