Not entirely sure if anyone else is doing anything like this, but this is the coolest thing anyone is doing with Skater XL right now. I imagine it's good for work/game-life balance too. Too much content creation and worried you might be getting rusty irl or out of shape? Too much real life and worried you might be falling behind on content? Bring them together. Makes a really satisfying thing to watch too, honestly. All in all this is just a great idea.

That craziest part about this is that even the arm steez, overall position of the character, and trick times are exactly the same, I feel like the 6,000+ hours you’ve played has led you to subconsciously skate like an xl player, or vice Vera

This video is awesome! The accuracy of the game is actually quite incredible. I think the only thing that was slightly off is setting your feet before doing the trick. IRL is a little bit more expressive than in the game. You also swing your arms a little bit more than the character in the game.
Also mad props for you having a balance between TH-cam and skating.
