    Me and my partner have entered the hyrox doubles mixed in dublin in October. What would you recommend eating the night before and the morning of the race? I usually have oats, tablespoon of honey and peanut butter and whey protein mixed in with a good coffee for breakfast, 4 eggs and sourdough for lunch with steak and some sort of green veg for dinner.
    Also BLDR will definitely be used!
