Coming in top twenty on your first event, especially THIS kind of event, is RIDICULOUS! Sky’s the limit for guys like you mate! Congratulations. Nice slow mo chucking up shots too 😂
LMAO, I remember yelling at you there(11:40) but I didn't know that was right when you were puking. Last thing you needed... You killed it great racing out there with you! Hope you do it again, other sports have there ups and downs in excitement only hyrox is hyped 100% of the time.
Dude, you are so right. Having just done my 4th Hyrox, it is a different beast. Hard to convey to people how easily your body can/will rebel during the race. Great first effort, Jeremy!
Congrats 🎉 If you actually participate in Switzerland and explore some epic running routes in Zurich before or/and after, you already have a running friend ready!👟💯👍🏼
Congrats!! Considering Hyrox next year as a runner / ex cross fitter. Would you consider doing a more detailed video for a newbie? This helped me understand the workouts a little better, But I’m curious how the divisions work, are workouts the same for women, where should a new person start, etc?
Last run only appears slower since they add in the final rox zone time. From run exit into the wall ball area - if you look closely at your splits you'll notice the final rox zone in is missing.
What was your spin rate per minute on the rower? 25-30? Just wondering since in your video there is no pause at the top of your pull which means your probably exerting more effort than what you needed to.
This is a great result, but you can’t directly compare his time to Nick’s. Nick did the pro, Jeremy did the open with lower weights at several of the strength stations. Not to belittle Jeremy’s accomplishment, it’s superb.
Jeremy was racing in the open division which is less weights and nick was racing in the pro division with more weights. Nick barely in the pro scored 1:05 and Jeremy in the open was 1:07
Eat no fiber and simple carbs the day before, don’t eat after 19ish that day and do the race fasted or with a few bites of pure simple carbs. Might fix the yacking

Totally agree! Thanks for watching 🙌
18th place is crazy!!! Congrats on your first hyrox🤝
I look forward to your next video! Keep up the good work.
Mega going, respect for getting it sorted after chucking up.
Great running pace ✊
Man, congrats first! Thanks for sharing your experience and explaining Hyrox step by step! Cheers!
Thank you!
You're such an inspiration to me! Keep doing great things bro! Striving to become like you!
I’m no different from you. Just keep showing up
Good job. I’m glad you had fun and had an amazing finishing place.🎉
I run my first hyrox one year ago… such an amazing experience!
Nicely done. Strong time for the first go. Eager to give it a try myself! 💪🏽
These raw breakdowns are really cool! 👏 I so wanna try doing Hyrox one day, hoping it’ll come to Denmark soon 🤞
In march there will be a Hyrox race in Coppehagen
You should do it!
There should be a Strava version for hyrox style workouts. Allow you to compete even while training
Yeah you got that dog in you for sure. Congrats bro, gnarly effort and great time all things considered

Great vomiting scene!!! Great job pushing through. Nice finish.

Did you do the pro division or open?

And Jeremy isn’t even on all the sauce like Nick Bare! Nice work sir 🫡

Bro... don't mind sharing what shoes you wore for this HYROX Race?
PUMA Deviate Nitro Elite 3
