i have the same problem we to get everyone to start complain i don't have the money or a man to fix t they say take a picture then they hang up on me. i wasn't born yesterday. it cant be fix . i think every one should stand up to this company, i cant do it by myself
I had the exact same problem! Unfortunately I don't have a partner who is handy so it looks like I will be forced to scrap my beloved die-cutting machine and buy new (another brand perhaps). And yes, you're absolutely right -- this machine has a crappy handle made of cheap material used by manufacturers in China. Not a quality product at all. You'd think that knowing this type of equipment gets cranked a lot using pressure from the rollers, real metal parts would be used.
