I lost 96 pounds a couple of years ago and gained 25 back. I believe it all went into my very large thighs full of cellulite which I have endured through many years. I now have knee problems so walking is out. I found your upper arm exercises first and enjoyed them. So I searched for leg exercises from just you and found these. I figured with my muscles carrying around such heavy legs was a workout in itself but after this, I discovered that was not so! I never could figure how Pilates or yoga could help me but now I know!! I will be working to more of your videos in hopes of strengthening and toning my muscles because the weight that I lost only made me skinny fat. Walking was not enough. Indoor walking was not enough. I am looking forward to reaching my goal of 25 down and being able to doing your full body workout. I am 64 and have struggled with weight for 37 plus years. Losing and gaining back. For my health and my knees, I need to lose this weight. Thank you for making these videos and if you have any suggestions of some of your others videos, I am open to them. I’m sorry this is so long but I believe that I have found your videos through the Grace of God. I’m 7 pounds down into my 25 pound weight loss goal but I have been here before only to gain it back 😢.
