This looks like some proper fun..! I would love to do a custom 2019 Super Cub, but it would be my first custom. Where do you order all your parts from? You mentioned ordering from Malaysia in an earlier episode - are there any particular sites that you use?
For the head light instead of cutting into the handlebars make a bracket to space out the head light and then build a trim ring to finish it out . Just thought i might throw in a suggestion really digging the build man keep it going
Nice job!! I want to do the same rim sizes on my 82 C70. Are the spokes the same size as the stock ones? I have a set of stock size chrome spokes to use and was hoping i could use them.

I am about to start a dry build here in Japan, I have bought some complete wheels form Vietnam, rims measure 50mm on the inside parallel section, before they flare out. Do you think 100/90-17 will fit rear and 90/80-17 front, I was thinking pirelli angle city's. Any advice would be appreciated.

if you want to widen the fender easier then use a heat gun just to make the metal less solid and yet manageable enough to shape. just a tip ;) from philippines
The 140cc is wider than your 70cc. if the finished bike is going to have the larger engine, you should have started with installing the 140cc, as it will change some of your spacings.

Victor Valle oooo man. It took me a second trip to Thailand to find the spokes and nipples. I looked for a year online for them, no luck . I found them in Thailand in seriously like 10 min. The hubs are stock, just opened the holes up for the spokes. I’ll get back to you on the spokes, I have to find the box. The wheels are Racing Boy, purchased in Malaysia .... much cheaper than excel.

Where did you get that parts book? do they have for other bikes or only for Hondas? I hava a PCX150 and a Yamaha XMAX
