Hi Craig. Just wanted to leave it here.. I love your Content, subscribed you multiple Times at Twitch and keep watching your Videos since Years. Hope you doing well and stay healthy. Greetings from Germany
Desperado reminded me of my favorite childhood stealth game Robin Hood. It was such great memories and every now and then I find myself going back to Robin Hood to get some levels done. I'll definitely check out this one! :)
To your question "was this video entertaining to watch?"... Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Yes, and please make more random content like this with game genres you do not normally play. At this point I think most people like myself who watch your channel on a regular basis do not only watch for MMORPGs. I personally watch to discover new good quality games, regardless of genre, with the added bonus of your commentary/sense of humor. Also, to avoid games that are complete shit. ^.^
Is it random content though? They're doing really aggressive marketing campaign and paid him to do the video, like many others. Definitely not buying this game, lol.
@@Midaspl Were the game bad I'd understand your point, but you're saying any game company which has a lot of marketing isn't worthy of your money... So what you only buy indie games for 0,99 cents in steam? It might not be "random" but at this particular game at least is well developed, and I don't think you should vilify a company because they want people to buy their game.
@midaspl Who cares if they paid him to do it? TheLazyPeon's reactions and Pro's and Con's list was genuine. If I made a great game and knew it was in a genre that doesn't usually get a ton of love outside a few massive companies I'd pay to get my name out there as well. If you don't buy games because they advertise... You shouldn't be playing games, buying clothes, food, or live in a home. They all advertise, just in different ways.
@@Midaspl grow up lol just because the people made the game have a lot of marketing for the game they hardly make so more people know about the game is bad jeez
Yes. Like the amount and quality of content lately. Didn't know about this game. Enjoying the revisits of old MMOs and stepping outside the box with some different game.
Hi there Craig-Peon, I have to say it’s refreshing to see you also play some non-mmo games reminds me of those times you played horror games and a bunch of other games back in the day. Would love to see more of those again. Thanks for the more frequent content. :)
I see your listening to comment's suggesting non MMO content and that's amazing because like I said before it's your humour and personality we come to see more than any game, stay awesome man
Thank you for this video, hope your doing well. Great fun edditing as always. Keep up the motivation, people really like the efford you put in them, at least I do :).
I was interested to see another opinion and see if you enjoyed this game as much as I did. There are times when you think "this can't be done"and then the answer hits you (or one of the answers) and it's such a great sense of victory when a plan comes together. I loved this game, the game play and design are very sleek, no wonder it got such amazingly high scores on critic sites.
Really love that people are picking this up and enjoying it Loved commandos and robin hood legend of Sherwood and the first desperados back in the day so it's a nice revival of that type of game
i loved the demo, not sure i wanna drop 50 euro on it tho.The best thing i like was when you finish a mission and it shows you an overview of where you moved how you killed and where you saved was kinda cool. Actually fuck it im going to buy it.
If you don’t wanna drop 50 now, get shadow tactics on sale. Same type of game by same devs and itll probably help you decide if you want to get desperados or not
3 weeks ago I was in a mood for some old school game. Started Desperados. When I finished I found out 3rd game is out. Amazing. The playability is as good as original. Just stuck in second to last mission but that's why you play a game like this. No cheats just torture your brain/patience.
Played both this and shadow tactics only recently. I thought they'd stopped making these types of games. The commandos were one of my first games and it makes a return.
Oh, I remember this series, it is an old one (though I could have sworn it already had 3 games in it?) Nice to see them bringing this back really enjoyed the very first one as a kid.
Yes, it is an old series all right (onless you mean commandos, which is pretty similar, but a different series). I've made series for most of them and I have to say they're equally good 🙂
There was Desperados: Wanted Dead Or Alive, Desperados II: Coopers Revenge, then there was a third game but it was a direct continuation of Desperados II and was basically the same, an expansion pack kinda if you will, called Helldorado, and now you have this. Hope that clears up why this is Desperados III even though its the 4th game :)
So..movement - the middle mouse button or keys? Is that right? You don't use the left ot right mouse button for movement? if so, that seems a bizarre decision to me given that many people will have a scoll-wheel on their mouse rather than a mouse button. Also re *sneaky sneaky* no npcs appear to have any peripheral vision at all in this game (at 10:15 you killed a guy a bare 20' away from another guy *rolls eyes*)

I'm currently editing my second playthrough on hard difficulty and using the environment is both necessary and extremely satisfying i'd say 🙂 In the flagstone mission i killed all targets with environment objects
I tried playing this game with a controller and it feels like a different game because your able to run around freely with the analog stick xD Somehow helped my brain take it all one step at a time as well.
Played a lot of this and commandos when I was a kid :)
I think you're the first commenter i've read to have played both series (which is obviously the correct thing to do - hats off 😉)
Just finished the game and it was really good if you played any of the ones back in the early 2000's then you will enjoy this game!!
Yeah just finished streaming this myself; i was left with regrets for not having played the earlier games!
Feel free to branch out more in different genres if the TH-cam algorithm allows. This was good and I may now buy the game.
